Visited from Detroit , service was A1 excellent and super friendly . The food exceeded our expectations 5 star wings and the fried rice was the bomb. We will be back anytime we are in the beautiful city of Denver.
I've been going to the Piper for years. In my opinion, they have the best wings in Denver. I've never had anything close to the Asian Hot wings. The egg rolls are amazing, and ya gotta try the beef wonton soup on a chilly day. Love this place.
Honestly I wasn't expecting the wings and egg rolls to be as delicious as they were here! It's more of a traditional bar and definitely hole in the wall! Very flavorful wing sauces as well! Their menu is quite diverse and simple! And yes, their food is served on the "traditional" Asian plates!
Lived in Denver a long time and never knew this place existed. We had a friend invited us to meet them there for dinner, and we were amazed at how good the food was. There's a ton of History here and the people are Awesome. We absolutely enjoyed this place and we'll make sure we come back!
So dope bar... Definitely need to come back for some drinks... This trip grabbed lunch. Ordered some of the small apps... And just know, small means small.... so for example the cheese sticks came with 3...the onion rings with 4... obviously if you're trying to share, go large or you'll be splitting a cheese stick lol. Ordered the wings with dry rub and medium buffalo... Dry rub is always my go to so was definitely thrown off with what I got. As you can see better in the included video these are definitely saucy... Almost like a garlic parm wing... Definitely wasn't what I was expecting but the Buffalo was better.
Haven't been in the Denver area for almost 10 years but the Chinese hot wings are as good as always. Piper Inn is still the best!
Born and raised just down the street. I've stopped in a few times for drinks. I can't believe it's taken me this long to try the wings. Outstanding. The best wings in Colorado. Low-key Wednesday crowd. The server was very attentive and friendly. I'll definitely be back for more of those wings. Keep up the great work.
If you're a person that looks for holes in the wall, but you unique special places that have fantastic food environment is generally like a biker bar/ tavern, but the food is so unique because the chef is Asian, so there's a lot of Asian fusion mixed in with you. Know your typical fried bar food and it's absolutely fantastic. Best wings I've had in Colorado yet. Highly recommend it for looking at a place to just have a couple drinks. Some bar food with some friends. Watch some football that's your spot
Still a great place! It had been many years since I had been in but still great staff and the food is fantastic. The Asian hot wings and the Chicken fried rice are the best. The wings are never dry and very meaty, forgot the franchises this is where you need to go.
Phenomenal egg foo young! I'm always on the hunt for the best and this ones a top contendor for sure. Amazing gravy sauce. Just came to pick up but I really enjoyed the cozy yet lively atmosphere.
The legend is legit! Piper Inn is an old school biker bar that serves up great wings and a host of Chinese-American and Mexi-American eats. Where else you can get this combo!? Got wings extra crispy with sauce on the side and they came out perfectly. The ranch is homeade and the GOAT sauce is jammin too! The portions of veggie fried rice and fries were are generous and the service was quick. Viva la Piper!

And what a place... so classic and nostalgic. A true tribute to the great country of ours, AN ALL AMERICAN BAR! This is a treasure and a landmark that must be kept safe, and the same, for generations. It is heaven; if you're an American! 😄
I LOVE seeing how everyone (for the most part) knows everyone, specially the staff! It is heart warming to hear them welcoming the customers by their names, and asking follow up questions about their day before! So very very rare, and I LOVE IT!
Page (our super fun, and excitable server), was one of them. She was amazing, and soooooo friendly! What an asset she is to this establishment, alongside her colleagues. All and all, the whole atmosphere was screaming history, family, heritage, good food, good folks, and my old beloved Denver...
