Found the last remaining Village Inn in CO and this one has my favorite menu item resurrected, the Chopped Steak.
Have always loved this dish and a few years back, they took it out of the menu and thus ended my craving for Village Inn.
So glad, this was in their menu.
This Village Inn is very near/on the way (Tower Rd) to the Denver International Airport (DIA) and surrounded by numerous hotels so, I guess this branch survived the closure of most Village Inns.
The Chopped Steak was as I love it with a slight difference, the steak presentation is more like a Salisbury steak versus the former version of chopped/chunks smothered in gravy.
Still, I love it!
My husband was just ok with his pancake thus, the 4-⭐ rating.
It's still the signature VI decor and color scheme with their pies.
We visited around 2pm on a weekend but, seated immediately.
Service was quick and pleasant.
Ample free parking.
Will definitely be back.

Good food stop for travelers to and from DIA (Denver International Airport).
#1 it's on the way via
Tower Rd.

vs airport
This is a great place that serves breakfast all day, close to the airport. The food is very good and the service is great. Our server was very friendly. The restaurant is very clean, open and light. We were happy that we stopped there.
The food, the service, the atmosphere 10/10. This was my first time visiting Colorado and they've met all of my expectations. Be sure to try the crepes if they still have them. Literally the best
1st time here at this Village Inn. It wasn't that full and Rachael moved us to a different spot bcuz one of our friend was cold under the vent no problem. Turned out we weren't the only one who was cold. Great fellowship with the Sisters after the JetSet Jam.
The food was decent, but they don't have a separate gluten-friendly menu. The server was not knowledgeable about many options that were safe and she was pretty slow. I requested decaf coffee as it was almost 9 pm, but she said they didn't have any. There were only about 4 tables occupied in the restaurant. I did end up eating a skillet and did not get sick afterward.
Husband's eggs were not over medium. They came out over easy both times. My meal was perfection. I love their fatty yummy sausage and salty crispy bacon. I got the Ultimate Skillet as did my husband. I got mine with hasbrowns. 🥰
The staff was great! A well deserved 5 star for each of them. They were ready to assist immediately. These were the kids who were taught to pick up even if they didn’t drop it! Well done.
Oh this is my favorite place to eat whenever I'm around the airport. This time I had the California skillet with bearnaise sauce. So delicious! Hearty portion. Enough for leftovers and did I mention Pies! I have to get one every time. It was French Silk this time. Can't go wrong for a delicious meal!!!

First time in Denver for a wedding and was staying at one of the hotels across the place so decided to try it. Food was really good and it’s similar to that of IHOP. The unlimited coffee was the best part and our waitress was really nice. Nice atmosphere to dine.
Good afternoon,
I've consistently enjoyed positive experiences with the food I've purchased, making my recent experience at your establishment particularly surprising. Unfortunately, the dish I received was not up to the usual standard, being overcooked and lacking in taste. Burned items: French toast and hash browns.
Despite this setback, I am inclined to give the Tower Road location another chance in the future. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration to ensure better quality in subsequent visits.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
