Ya know, given that we have young kids, we don't get out much. So when we go out, we want it to count. There are always the "usual" spots that you know are good, but sometimes it's nice to branch out. Sometimes we're pleased, sometimes it's meh. On this particular evening, we were pleased. VERY pleased. I will admit that the ordering process wasn't what we were expecting. Think "Panera Bread" where you walk in and order your food at a counter. However, after ordering, things get more "sit-down" restaurant like. They assign you a table and then your food is brought to you. The menu is large and diverse so we felt a bit under the gun trying to pick whilst in line so they obliged and let us sit down to look over the menu. Once we ordered, the food came out very quickly, but it was certainly NOT fast food quality. It was "straight from Italy" quality. OMFG, it was amazing. We tried Gnocchi Gorgonzola & Noci (Gnocci, gorgonzola, & walnuts) as well as the Calzone Americano. Both were spectacular! So fresh, flavorful, and well done. Honestly, we felt like we were back in Italy. The friendly Italian gentleman (maybe the manager, maybe the owner) treated us incredibly well so that probably enhanced the experience and only made it that much better for two newbies to Parisi. We will most certainly be back to explore more of the menu. Prices were extremely reasonable given the quality received and I would wholeheartedly recommend Parisi to anyone!

We were a party of 7 , arrived at 520pm, they found us a table while we placed our order. 3 got the lasagna, 2 pasta, and 2 shared a Maialona pizza. Ordered a pear& Gorgonzola green salad, a mixed cheese plate, and a mixed meat plate. And glasses of wine, of course. All the food came out of the kitchen within 10 minutes, almost all plates together, so no one really had to wait for the other to begin digging in! Plus, the wait staff had brought baskets of bread, waters, and our wine so we started munching right away. Great service, and everyone loved their meal. I met Simone Parisi about 18 years ago when he had the first smaller location, and have loved their food since then. Hope they stick around for many years to come.

Parisi is a great spot to grab some tasty Italian fare. You order at a counter and then sit down and the food is brought out to you. They also bring very tasty bread in a basket and there is olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the tables so you can get however much you like to dip. The pesto pastas are great. There is also a little dessert shop within the restaurant with cannolis.

Easily top 3 Italian in Denver. Easily. And not only because of the delicious pizza, or the wide variety of pastas and risottos, also because they do the most Italian thing you can do - let you chat and enjoy yourself after you finished your dinner. (No, pronouncing bruschetta like you want me to know you were an exchange student in Florence does not make the restaurant any more Italian). Really great vibe and excellent Italian cuisine.

This place is in a league of its own. Firstly, the menu variety is astounding. Secondly, the food itself was undeniably the best Italian food I've had in a really long time. I can't wait to go back.

Such a nice spot to grab a quick, relaxing bite to eat. The house salad is super fresh with radicchio and fennel! Yum!

We were looking for a casual Italian restaurant due to our attire not being the most fancy and it was 4 pm on a Sunday. We had tried to go to 2 other places, but they were busy or closed, so we ended up here, but we were so glad we did! The setup is a tiny bit confusing, when we got there we waited at the front and an employee gave us some menus and from what we gathered, you order first and then are seated. We came right before the dinner rush, so there was ample seating. The complementary bread was a nice surprise and they have balsamic and oil on the table for you. We also got the panzerotti for appetizers and they were delicious. Perfect for 2 people. Between the two of us, we go the pollo al mattone with truffle mashed potatoes and asparagus, the gnocchi pesto and the fiochetti alla pera. The homemade gnocchis and tagliatelle were phenomenal. I ordered the gamberetti just based on the description and it was amazing!! Lighter and sweeter, but absolutely delicious. We’re big fans of gnocchi as well and this was by far the best gnocchi we have ever tried. The chicken dish was our least favorite, not because it was bad, but because the pasta dishes were so good. We were quite fond of the truffle mashed potatoes too. Afterwards, we grabbed some gelato on the way out, both the lemon bar and spumoni were so good!! The staff was friendly and we really loved the casual aspect of this restaurant. We were beaming about the food when we left and knew we would be going back soon, especially because of the prices. Thank you!!

Staff was very friendly too!

Great food and service! We come here all the time for lunch and dinner. We prefer to sit at the bar because you receive full service. If you want a table, you need to order at the counter. This is the pollo al limone. Everything we’ve had here is excellent. You can’t go wrong!

Best Italian spot in Denver hands down. Everything they make is from scratch with quality ingredients—great pizza, panini, pasta, entrees and more. They even have a little market within the restaurant with lots of goods straight from Italy, including an extensive cooler of gelato. I can’t say enough good things about the food here, and the wonderful people who make it run. Everyone is always very friendly; every visit feels like a big happy Italian family lunch/dinner. To borrow an old slogan from the illustrious Olive Garden, “when you’re here, you’re family”.

The chicken picatta style entree was excellent with the mashed potatoes, and so was the salad with salmon. The fried calamari, shrimp, and vegetable appetizer was cooked well but was EXTREMELY salty to the point of inedible, way way less salt and I would have really enjoyed it. I would definitely come back but avoid that one dish. Great service and atmosphere.

The food here is delicious! The staff is super friendly also they speak Italian and their accents are to die for 😍 fall in love with the staff and the food. The price is a little expensive, but I'm not mad about it. The atmosphere was excellent. They have gluten-free options and they were very helpful!
