This place is very good both in food and atmosphere. They have a very good lamb pasta which has almost stew like qualities. The wine recommended pair well. Staff were friendly and this place has a nice neighborhood atmosphere. The desserts were also worth a taste or two. It’s worth a visit.

I’d fly back to Denver for this brunch! This place exceeded all my expectations. It was not too crowded or noisy for a very popular brunch spot and we were not rushed by our waiter. The food was absolutely delicious and the ambience was bright and fresh. The meals are lovingly and delicately prepared. The iron skillet sticky buns are outrageously good. We ordered two for the table and could have had even more. The french fries and citrusy dipping sauce are also divine. You basically can’t go wrong.

I’m very glad I stumbled upon Beast + Bottle while visiting Denver. I ate at the bar and the bartender was very accommodating and helpful with the menu, suggestions, and even recommended other places to try in the area. Thank you! Food wise I got the Tuna Tataki to start and Pork + Confit as the main. Tataki was great. Pork confit was good but didn’t blow me away for the price which is why I am taking away one star. I also got an apple pastry dessert and the bartender brought me some extra ice cream which was super thoughtful. Everything was on point, I definitely come back.

Visited from out of town and had a great dinner here. Ended up sharing 4apps, one entree, one dessert (the burrata, the baguette, fig&pig flat bread, gnocchi, and Cod, and the chocolate trio) with my husband and was STUFFED after. Everything was tasty, and the service was attentive. They offer a 4 course chefs tasting menu for $75 where they pick one app and you get to pick the rest, offer a wine pairing for additional $30 (good price compared to individual menu pricing). We wanted to do this but had to be out of the restaurant in 1.5 hours and apparently this is more of a 2-2.5 hour experience. Would definitely try this if we were to come back and be more hungry/have more time!

This was hands down my best meal during my recent trip to Denver. Every bite was incredible, and the service was top notch. I was traveling solo, so I was able to sit at the bar and not wait for a table. Paul, the bartender, made excellent suggestions in addition to being a wizard behind the bar. I had two of the best cocktails I've ever had--the coconut milk soaked whiskey cocktail and an Old Fashioned--and they both were perfection. I ordered too much food but it was so worth it--on Paul's suggestion I started with the cod cheeks. This was a first for me, but they were delicate, crispy, and just a bit spicy, not at all fishy. They really did taste like little chicken wings! I also got the bread and burrata which was a wonderful combination of creamy and fresh on soft bread. My main dish (I hardly had room!) was the lamb french dip. For a fancy-ish place, I was surprised and delighted to find a main course for only $15 (means I could taste more!). Lamb is their specialty, so don't miss out! Finally, I took home a white chocolate mint blondie for dessert, which of course I had to eat later due to being absolutely stuffed. All of my foodie friends suggested this place and they know their stuff. Reasonably priced, exquisitely made, and all around delicious. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

A great brunch! I had the breakfast sandwich... Perfect combination of flavor.. the ham was not overly salty; the peach marmalade went well with the ham. I also liked the onion jam and the biscuit was soft and tasty. I ate at the bar. The bartender was great and did a bit of singing. If you are not drinking an alcoholic beverage, definitely try the citrus-lavender soda.

Beast + Bottle is an outstanding restaurant and one of our very favorites in Denver (or anywhere). They epitomize farm to table cooking and do a stupendous job sourcing the freshest products from a variety of Colorado farmers and producers. We’ve had so many wonderful meals here! Go there and order everything.

Delicious meal and lovely date night spot. Basically a remodeled home turned restaurant, so very cozy and quaint. We did the chefs menu, which was super tasty and allowed us to try a variety of foods. Slightly pricey at $75/ per person, but the quality and taste made it totally worth it. Everything from lamb tartare to chefs choice pasta to entrees and dessert was just spot on. OMG..that dessert...save room for dessert. Superb meal!

Well thought out menu, cozy atmosphere, and balanced flavors all around. The chamomile love was a perfectly smoky boozy cocktail. Sweetbreads were a smaller portion than we were expecting, but so delicious we didn't care at all. Same goes for the fig and pig flatbread, which may be the best I've ever had. The charcuterie board was a good selection of meats and came with perfectly toasted crostini. Great date night restaurant.

I don't typically go for American restaurants, but this one is special. If you go during happy hour, it's a bit more budget-friendly, but I would classify it as a special meal kind of place. Everything they serve is local and sustainable, and I'm fairly sure the menu changes seasonally. If you can, order the cod collar (with the peanuts) even if you're not a huge fan of fish- Such an inventive mix of ingredients! We shared a lot of dishes (more than shown) and couldn't fault any of them. I'll be back next season!
