Domino's Pizza

I’ve ordered from this dominoes many times and never had any issues. Sometimes orders can take a long time but pizza is always hot and drivers are nice. Tonight My order was lost and the experience was incredibly frustrating. I debated leaving a negative review because it definitely felt at first I got the run around all 3 times I called - “it’s on its way” “there is an issue with the app” etc etc. Finally the driver Paul, called me and explained my order had been overlooked at the store and he offered to make a fresh order and refund me. The genuine honesty and his offer to fix the issue was redeeming. I would say typically this place is 5 stars and I’m only knocking one star for what happened tonight.

I order from this shop every so often, and I use my online profile through the Domino's website. The last time I ordered for some reason they didn't put my unit number on my order. I'm guessing it was my own mistake, but either way, Brenda still found my place despite not having the unit number. She's delivered to me before, and she's always really positive and bubbly. I just wanted to give a big shout out to Brenda. She's awesome.

I only rated 5 stars so my review would get seen. I’ve ordered from this place way too many times. EVERY SINGLE TIME IS A FAIL!! This is the worst dominos stand that is open in the whole state of colorado. I would NEVER RECOMMEND spending your HARD EARNED MONEY HERE EVER!! They are rude. My order tonight took over an hour and it never arrived. When I called to get a refund he said whatever and hung up the phone. I don’t know his name but he is by the far one of the worst employees I’ve ever had to talk to. NEVER, EVER, EVER waste your money or time with these folks. You’ll be highly upset that you even have to wait and NEVER RECEIVE anything. Then when you call to see what’s going on they hang up because of the terrible customer service!!

We just wanted to stay home and have pizza and beer. I avoided Domino's Pizza for some time but in these last few months we've ordered multiple times and consistently get fresh, hot pizza delivered in a reasonable time. The one time they were late, they apologized and gave me a free pizza. Vanessa,Adam, and crew are to be commended.

Delivery is USUALLY pretty fast - occasionally the delivery tracker stalls for a while on the Quality Check - seems like something doesn't pass! But it must get remade because the pizzas are almost always tasty and fresh. One time they forgot my sprite which was actually great because my delivery insurance claim netted me free pizza. Thanks dominos! Update: The sprite got me one of the more beautiful pizzas I've seen, thank u missing sprite
