I really wish I like Starbucks more than I do. It smells wonderful whenever you walk into any Starbucks but the coffee, to me, always tastes too bitter. Almost like it's over roasted or burnt. And I wouldn't mind paying the prices if I didn't have to add such a large amount of creamer to make it more palatable for me. Then I'm drinking a cup of coffee that is tepid.

Slow service, unfriendly people working there today. There, was only one person ahead of me when i got in line and I waited 15 minutes for a Carmel Frappuccino. Which, was totally undrinkable it was made totally wrong today. By the time I ordered there was 5 people behind me. I hope everyone got to work on time. Totally Ridiculous! For almost $6.00 I got a Frappuccino with horrible service, and a discussing coffee drink today.

Good drinks but customer service could be better. Lady did not take our names when taking our order so our drinks sat up at the counter. When I mentioned the Starbucks across town writes our names on the cups when ordering and let us know when they're ready, she replied, "We don't do that here."

my mom and i went on a mommy (56) daughter (28) date here. got weird looks when she changed my diaper in the family bathroom but the hot chocolate was delicious.
