Mcdonald's

The server lied to me that online breakfast orders are not taken after 10:30am, which is wrong. The app clearly says that online orders are allowed to be placed until 11am. I had to purchase my breakfast again at the store. So what’s the use of ordering through the app? Other than that confusion, the food was amazing and service was quick.

Their staff is super nice, but oh my goodness. Every single time we go there they mess up our order. Every. Single. Time. So then we have to park and one of us has to go inside. Usually, they're focused on the drive-thru orders. This time I waited five minutes with three people in front of me before we even saw a worker at the counter, and by the time I got inside, the first person at the counter had already been there long enough to be making snide remarks. Like I said, the staff is nice, but it's a gawd awful mess.

It's both impressive and sad to be the WORST McDonald's in town. They don't care about you or you food and its quite apparent. Between being ignored at the ordering counter to getting a completely different order than what you wanted. Skip this location and go to the one on the north side of town near the board of elections.

Went in for 2 mint, Oreo flurries. The drive thru was long so I went in- big mistake. Waited for ever- three other people in there, they had already ordered. The girl seemed to not even notice me- I moved up to the counter. It was like she woke up and realized I was there, she asked if I had ordered. She took my order. Told me she spilled ice cream from the machine, left and put napkins in another orders bag and meandered around. Some other lady brought me Oreo (not mint) flurries. I took them and left because while waiting another lady and I were watching a cockroach crawl around in front of the counter on the floor. It was a terrible experience.

Left the line to pile up for 15 minutes. Allowing me plenty of time to watch the cashier(s) lean out the window and converse with the car in front of me about whatever the police were doing in the parking lot outside. Also plenty of time to watch the cashier play with his ear piercings with bare hands and then immediately turn around and try to hand me my food. This was my first and definitely last visit here, absolutely disgusting..

Service was slightly lacking. Had to keep go in g back and forth to get my food made correctly or half way decent. First I always order the 2 cheeseburger meal with my burgers made like a big Mac so the are a bun, patty, cheese, onion,lettuce, pickle and the Mac sauce only. I got two sandwiches which consisted of two buns with a slice of cheese in each, all the cheeseburgers for kids were supposed to be normal but they had nothing on them condiment wise and my Daughter asked for no ketchup and no mustard and got on hers ONLY ketchup and mustard. So I go to get the sandwiches remade only to get back home and see what looks like 5 little shredded onion pieces per sandwich along with one small sliver of pickle slice and a few drops of ketchup and mustard on the regular sandwiches and then my daughter got nothing on hers this time just a plain cheeseburger between the buns and my sandwich wasn't made at all basically so I go a second time for remake and needless to say it still wasn't right so I gave up and told the kids to deal with it. 😒 not happy at all.
