Marco's Pizza

I'm a regular customer. Me and my boyfriend order delivery from here all the time and has always been satisfied with both the food and the service. But today was VERY disappointing. I received my food late (almost 2hrs). When I called and asked about my food, the lady was really nice on the phone and informed me the driver had came to my door, knocked and called my cell but has failed to reach me and brought the food back. Then she asked if I would still like to have the food. I said I would still like to have my food, but was it possible for the food to be remade so that it'll be fresh by time it made it to my door. She gladly told me that it'll be remade and informed me the food will be out soon. Once it got here, I apologized to the driver for any inconvenience and received my food. I opened my pizza box to see it was not freshly made at all and was barley hot. The wings I order was indeed hot, but tasted old as if they just popped them in a microwave and barley put any sauce on it. I'm dissatisfied because I wish the young lady on the phone would have just told me that they couldn't remake my food instead of lying to me to keep my money.

These guys are so awesome. I order here every couple weeks or so and they always take care of me. Their pizza is great (MAKE SURE YOU ORDER IT WITH CRUST SEASONING) and their hot wings are awesome! Great customer service too I was a little out of their delivery range and they went ahead and made it happen. This is my go to pizza place

We ordered an all meat pizza and we received the wrong pizza and we called them right away and they sent us a new pizza and that was delivered wrong as well. We called them again and they came and picked up the second pizza and said we would have a pizza coming. I called today to get our free pizza and they had no record of it. I will never order a pizza from them agan
