Flappy's Pancake House Restaurant

Service: 2 stars Food: 5 stars I've been here over three times, and the food is consistently delicious, well-presented, and well-made. However, whatever system the waiters and waitresses use keeps tables from being served sufficiently. For example, my partner and I had to ask FOUR TIMES for syrup, coffee, and whipped cream which were already requested at the time of ordering our food. This is unacceptable and not the first visit we needed to request more than once. Suggestion: Assign ONE waitstaff to a table instead of several that all eventually drop the ball. I would much rather tip well a single person that does a good job, than tip poorly when several dozen people let my table fall through the cracks.

At first my gf and I sat down it took quite a while for a waiter to come by and actually serve us. At least sitting there for 15min with no drinks. But when they did finally come over service was great and the food was fantastic! More then made up for it. Fairly priced to. I will eat here again for sure.

The food was just good. The server definitely did not know the menu items - when someone in our party told her they wanted something with eggs, bacon & sausage, she suggested a skillet that didn't have any meat at all in it. Our server had to be asked several times for items we'd ordered, (a side of toast, a side of bacon, extra napkins - we had a small child with us) & we ended up asking her just to forget about them & to remove them from our order/bill. The thing that upset me most was that she served the 4 adults long before she brought out the meal for the kiddo joining us & when she did, the plate was SO hot it couldn't be touched. Just really poor, inexperienced service. There are several other places in town that serve a tasty breakfast with much better service.

This place blew my mind . I’m usually a little hesitant about trying new breakfast spots but this place just became my new favorite! Had their protein skillet .. aww man. The Skirt steak melted in my mouth. Filling meals . Pancakes tasted like real pancakes and not the box kind. The service is great. The waiters are so sweet and helpful. Very clean setting . Including the bathrooms . Keep up the good work !

I've been there twice and the food is absolutely delicious! I've had the breakfast menu as well as the lunch menu and me and my party was satisfied with the presentation and taste. I gave them 3-stars because the wait staff was great but appeared to look "scruffy" looking on both occasions. Also we didn't receive a lot of attention from our wait staff. We constantly had to flag a waitress for service. However all wait staff was willing to serve you or help.

Ate here today and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We were seated right away but then it took the waitress over 15 minutes to come get our order and introduce herself. I had to ask a busboy who are server was gonna be and he never even got back to me. The waitress completely ignored us until another family came in and even then she attended them before us. We waited for our food and had coffee but no silverware and asked for a spoon to stir the coffee but ended up using a straw because it never came. I ordered a classic hollandaise that came with a really hot plate but semi warm food. The eggs were not runny, instead hard boiled and my hash browns were covered in powdered sugar. We only had the napkin that was given to us from the silverware we received AFTER the food was given to us. When we received the bill they charged us for a side of hash browns when in the menu it clearly says it comes with the breakfast, the waitress didn’t know the menu and blames the kitchen staff for saying it was separate. I hated the need to keep asking different people to help serve us. Never going back and I don’t recommend wasting your time there either.
