Pizza Hut

SEE EDIT AT END: Assist manager of Decorah needs to demonstrate empathy, not annoyance. A bad attitude makes the simple error they made feel even worse! So she was giving me attitude PLUS offering to remake the pizza, ergo spending money but, this one time at least, not rebuilding good will with the dissatisfied customer! This time, better; an overcooked, under-sauced, and poorly made pizza was brought to the wrong apartment, so it was also cold. However, the lady on duty said she was sorry that happened, and asked if I'd like a new pizza, a refund or both. I said just a refund, and she did it without arguing. Please get back to your previous skill level at making pizza! EDIT: The past 12 weeks, Feb to March, 2022, has shown amazing improvement in customer service AND food quality. What happened, John? Keep doing it LOL!

My pizza got stolen because they left it outside of a dorm. When I called they made it seem like it was my fault and that it was a super big inconvenience to replace it. After waiting another hour for the replacement pizza it finally came. The driver was nice, but the pizza was cold and had probably a single ounce of sauce on it. Gross pizza and bad customer service. I was not that mad about the pizza because stuff happens, but the poor customer service make me never want to go to this location again.

I haven't eaten at a pizza hut in almost 10 years and my husband and I were blown away by our service tonight. We picked up our order at 3 pm today. The guy that I spoke with on the phone to order was also the same guy who my husband interacted with at pick up and we both agree he had such a wonderful personality! He sounded like he genuinely enjoyed life and was a delight to work with! Give him a raise! Pizza was delicious as well but the service will make us go back again!
