Have been going here for all my Spring, Summer, and fall treats since I arrived to Luther.
Now my wife and boys and I continue the tradition and get our Sundays at the Whippy Dippy (as I used to call it when I first heard the name), and enjoy not only the company but delicious freshness!

The Whippy Dip is a family favorite and a must visit in Decorah, Iowa. My daughter and I love the cookie dough Tornada (like the DQ Blizzard only better!). You can request extra cookie dough which we recommend if you are a cookie dough lover. Plan on a line as this is a Hotspot all summer long.

Very fast service and they get it right. I had a chocolate banana malt and it was perfect! The hubs had a turtle sundae that had plenty of hot fudge and caramel.
