Amazing food and friendly staff. We were jn town for the balloon festival and found City Cafe was THE place to grab breakfast. Yum

The breakfast I had was good. Fairly priced. The waitress was amazing. My party came at closing time on a Sunday but the staff didn’t make us feel rushed, although we did rush to eat.
This is a great place for good a ol southern food experience. Friendly staff and a locals favorite! I love meat and three plate lunches!
This is a great breakfast and lunch cafe. I had the fried chix breast-all done in-house, delicious. Fried okra was also lightly battered in house, so yummy. 1/2 and 1/2 tea, mashed potatoes little gravy, choc cake and super efficient friendly staff. Great place. You can see anybody, any walk of life or profession all enjoying down home cooking.
I craved this place so bad when i was pregnant with our son Macon this year. Their chicken and dressing taste just like Grandma's at Thanksgiving dinner my husband really likes their chicken and the hamburger steak to. Great place overall and you got to try the banana pudding😋
If you want meats and veggies, down home cooking... this is the place for you. The pace is a little outdated, but the place is clean, waitresses are nice and the food it great! The club sandwich and fries is amazing, as well as any of the veggies and fried chicken!
I used to eat here often until I moved out of Decatur. I liked the chicken with white barbecue sauce. They serve cornbread and rolls with your meal and you can get a dessert as one of your sides. Breakfast was good here too.
Love this place been go here since I could eat sold foods ...I always order an omelet it's great for lunch as they have daily specials. You should check it out. Note only open breakfast and lunch
The burgers are the best but when I asked for NO mustard I still received mustard. I had to eat it because I had left to go back to work. I know that would've made another one for me but I could've waited
