Domino's Pizza

The Domino's in my neighborhood is fantastic. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, and my order is always right. There have been a few times when a lack of delivery drivers made it a longish wait, but it always gets here hot and exactly as I ordered. Thanks for all the meals during the pandemic guys! I hope everyone realizes how important the work you do is.

Pizza was good. However, they are very understaffed. One guy was making all the pizzas & playing the part of every role but driver. As a result, the timing for the carryouts was 15-20 minutes behind. I could ding them a star because I arrived & had to wait so long, but the guy was handling all things & still didn't have an attitude. Most of customers were not being rude about it, so it is what it is. The pizza was very good, he got the order right, & we got a $3 off coupon to come back.

If you can pick it up and don’t need to call about anything, it’s fine. But don’t bother ordering delivery. We were quoted 50 minutes, it’s now been 130 minutes and according to the tracker it’s been sitting in the “Quality Check” phase for half an hour. Have tried to call four times! Once someone picked up the phone then hung up, twice we were on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever answered, and the fourth time we got a person in another location who couldn’t do anything but have real-time text messages sent to our phone. —Update: We finally got it, and it was cold, congealed and a ball of grease. We couldn’t even eat it. And we paid $6 for delivery and a tip. Definitely won’t be going back.

The wait time is never the estimated. I waited an hr for 2 pizzas car side and still had to enter the restaurant to get the pizza. which means i paid extra for a service i never received. I stay 9 minutes from the store and waited 2 hrs on 2 pizzas the next time when it was an estimated 35minute wait before delivery. Noone wears hairnets insides and all of the young kids (because they're highschool or still in their late teens ) play more than work. Management or corporate needs to do better with the columbia drive location.

This is my second time ordering here .. I order at 2:34pm currently still waiting 4:12pm on my 12 inch pepperoni pizza and 8 wings .. I was told 10 mins then 30 mins passed, I called again then was told 5 mins till the delivery my food … My first experience same thing quality check took 30 mins & the driver took 40 mins to arrive when the store is 10 mins away. This will be my last time spending my money here. Currently going on 4:53 and still no call, no food.
