Rice Mac

The food is marginal at best. I lived in the apartments behind Rice Mac so it was a short walk for dinner. Great!! Then she would forget the order and be rude about it. First time, maybe they were busy? Second time, I'll just go to Publix where I can get a sandwich. Using the dollar vote, I didn't go back. No stars is not an option.

I went here when it first opened, the service is still amazing and the food is fantastic. Especially the sweet and sour chicken, they give you soooo much and the sauce is not a typical sweet/sour sauce. It has pineapple, green bell peppers, and onions, it doesn't taste all processed. It's yummy. SEPTEMBER 10TH 2020 I’ve gone here for years! Never had a problem but I’ve had metal in my food twice. The first time I notified them (August 2020), they apologized profusely/said they’d look into it. I said it was fine this was my favorite place to eat. Today I ordered hibachi shrimp and basil fried rice for my boyfriend. It wasn’t until he was almost finished that he found a piece of metal in his food. We went up there to tell/show them but I was met with someone named Joyce who was extremely rude from the moment I showed her the piece of metal. At that point I wanted a refund. Obviously didn’t get one, that’s okay, the rice was only $11 but anyway watch out if you eat here. If your mouth gets cut or you swallow metal, they won’t believe you.

I actually LOVE this place! They always know what I’m going to order before I even say anything...very friendly service! They get the order right and I’ve never had a long wait. The only problem I have is that they have gone up on their prices TWICE in one year! I told them to take care in case they don’t see me as much anymore. I used to love that their Singapore curry noodles were less expensive than other places, yet still had better quality. Oh well. Not anymore. Guess I’ll have to cut back!

One of my favorite places. Food is always delicious and staff is always so kind. I usually get the kids meal because the regular meal comes with a lot of food AND an order of soup. I'm usually there before work so no taking anything home for me :( but it's great if you want to eat there and then save the rest for home.
