Told me I needed to get out of their store because I had my service dog with me. She didn’t have her vest on but underneath the ADA my service dog doesn’t need to have her vest on. The middle aged guy and a girl with a nose piercing yelled at me and lied to tell me that it was the 7/11 rules and once I called corporate they said that is definitely not true and that my service dog is protected by law. I left shaking and I had to pull over due to having a panic attack. I will never come here again.

Visited your location in Debary and was so happy to see that Zach is back!! This gentleman has the best customer service and outstanding personality this store has ever had.. I have worked in the convenience store industry and I know a great employee when I see one.. you should see an increase in your sales now that you have Zach back!! Thank you!!!

Great store, but horrible manager. Pulled up to the pump today with my buddy to get gas, we hadn’t started pumping before the b**** manager comes out rudely telling us we can’t park at the pump and have to leave. Tried to talk to her but she was persistent and very rude. Gladly took my business down the road. Have spoken to several people who’ve had similar experiences at this same shop with her rushing people out. Mind you there was not ONE other person at this entire shop.. Just me and one other person parked at the same pump on bikes.. pitiful.

Every week when I pay at the pump I have to go inside to get my receipt. The whole purpose of paying at the pump is so that you can get your gas get your receipt and go. When I mentioned it to them they always say, oh sometimes it gets stuck or oh it must’ve run out! How come the other gas stations don’t have the same problem they do with keeping the paper in the machine for the receipt. I don’t take the chance anymore so I buy my gas elsewhere!
