Dunkin Donuts

I've frequented my local Dunkin Donuts almost daily since they opened. In the past few months I've stopped due to the rude young kids at the drive thru window. They don't even acknowledge you and come across rude. If you are going to work with the community, at least have the decency to say "hi" or "thank you". This morning I went and ordered my coffee and decided to add a regular chocolate cake donut. No hello when I approached the window, no thank you. When he came back to the window for the next order, I told the kid this wasn't the donut I ordered. Told him it's a simple chocolate cake donut. He returns with a donut, gives me the bag without looking at me and turns away. I look in the bag, not the donut I ordered. When he returned, I told him again, this isn't what I ordered. He said, yes it is. No, it's not. He got angry, argued with me and threw the donut in the trash. His manager informed him what a chocolate cake donut was and he got it and basically threw the bag at me without a word. So incredibly rude!! The previous lady manager (can't remember her name) would never allow this behavior. I've had several experiences like this in the past few months and haven't said anything, let alone post a review. But today was the final straw. Definitely won't be frequenting for a while and intend on following up with the manager. If you're going to work in a customer service field such as this, at least have common human decency.

Meh. I order nearly the same thing at every DD with about 75% accuracy. I'm tending to look for mom and pop coffee shops (which there are 2 in this area but more expensive). It seems like better quality. Ordered this bagel with butter the other day and I received it extra "crispy" with some gooey substance that is disguising itself as butter. But I call shenanigans! Its either vegetable oil with butter flavor, or "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter." Because it sure doesn't seem like butter. Just more and more disappointed with the quality. And why did they give me enough butter to drain off and feed my family for a week? The coffee, when its made right, is usually good. But the donuts and everything else, just tastes like poor quality. I think I'm done.
