Station Shawarma

Visiting from Canada, my brother and law and I decided to stop here and have Shawarma and Shish Kabob Sandwich. Walked in, the owner has a total disregard to customers, as he saw us just standing there. A professional owner would greet or at least have one of his employees help us. We stood a good 3 minutes waiting as him and some guy chit chatted. Once he was available, I proceeded to order and then he rudely interrupts me and tells me to give my order to his worker. The owner needed to establish himself as the OWNER by not taking our order and handing it off. GOD FORBID he helped us! What a joke. His female employee .. can't even crack a smile .. took our order as if we were bothering her lol. again what a joke! We went and sat down to wait for our food, and a small fight breaks out between his employees .. you can hear them clearly cussing in Arabic and one of them actually cussed another persons religion .. something Arabs tend to do when they are mad. All in all, the food was garbage .. asked for no fat and i received fat. The meat was chewy and their service was garbage. Haven't been in dearborn for years and guess what? The employees at most establishments all have the same attitude .. disgusting looks on their faces as if they are doing you a favor .. if you hate your life and job .. get an education and get a better job! Never again visiting this trash establishment with a trash Owner.

It's called station shawarma but they don't sell shawarma. Not sure how you can "sell out" of a shawarma 6 hours before closing time. Food is never quick to come out, either average or longer than usual wait times. They also don't have fire alarms because that place has more smoke inside than a hookah lounge. On occasion they may get it right but they have disappointed more than once. I'd recommend almost any other place, you should only come here if you're looking for a late night meal.

It’s the worst management, they put cashier she is charging the customers with tips as she want without asking for permission, and the worst scenario is she insisted that I paid the tips and I didn’t she also charged me for 8 sandwiches and gave me 6 and notice that when I reached home I drove 1 hour so will not be able to go back .. If I can give negative stars I will definitely give and even the 1 star is too much for them

My experience was not the best. Chicken shawarma was a little bit dry and the bread was over cooked and dry. Meat Shawarma was over cooked and hard to chew. As you see in the picture for the shawarma skewer is over cooked!! tahini sauce is despondent, it's too watery! Service is okay, cleaning not bad. Take in consideration I visited it in the middle of the day when there is no much traffic on the restaurant . I can't say I recommend it or not, I think your good or bad experience will be based in what time in the day are you visiting the restaurant
