Happy's Pizza

I am very NOT Happy tonight. The one star rating is one star too many. I placed an order online at this store at 8pm, and paid for it including a tip. Here it is almost 11pm, and no pizza. I started calling at 10:30 and the phone just rings. I then replied to the email confirming the order and receipt of my payment in hopes of reaching someone, but to no avail. I guess that attribute the one star to the swiftness with which they charged my card.

I just want you guys to know how much I appreciate you. After a long hard work day we don’t feel like cooking, I’m lucky if I feel like opening a beer before I pass out to do it all over again, but you guys went above and beyond we got our order and everything was put together so neatly in 2 boxes for my wife and I. We truly enjoyed every aspect of this place. The guy who answered was polite and knew how to do his job the driver was polite and quick! We couldn’t have asked for better! I usually come on reviews to leave horror stories but I’m glad I got to say something nice about a local business. Thank you guys the hardworking people in this neighborhood truly appreciate you!

second time writing this review because i’m guessing mr manager cal(vin) somehow deleted it. anyways, horrible service! manager was disgustingly rude, yelled at me and his employees in front of me and two other customers. said things like “you cant comprehend” and “you could’ve already been eating” when i asked for a refund because the food was taking long and i had to get back to school. i was told there was a no refund policy when i hadn't even gotten my food yet so i’m not sure how that makes sense. on top of that 2/3 of their employees didnt have gloves on. i was contemplating asking for a refund when i saw that but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured the guy who did have gloves on would make my food. this whole experience was very distasteful and i would not recommend anyone to eat at this location.

I did a Door dash order for a rib tip dinner and a cheesecake. Well when my order arrived I had gotten a pizza instead.... I called happys and spoke with someone and I told them what had happened so he then tells me that he would send his driver out to give me what I originally ordered. And to keep the pizza which I had appreciated. Well the driver shows up no call ahead or anything. My son gets the bag, confused I see just a bag it's only the cheesecake. It's crazy to spend money on something and you don't get it!

I've been ordering here more frequently recently. It's close and usually fast for delivery. Always tip. Today after almost an hour and a half waiting I call the store to find out where my pizza is. I was told it was already delivered. I hear someone talking in the background and the lady in the phone asks if I have a wheelchair ramp. I do not. She said they'll make another one and bring it over. So after 2 hours of ordering, I finally get my pizza. That is worse quality than normal. Looks like I'll be going back to hungry howie's from now on.

Not a fan of Happys but my wife loves the selection and we have a good reputation with the drivers because we tip well but their in store staff are terrible. Called up to order delivery, sat on hold for 5 minutes and when they finally pick up all I can hear are the people in the background hooting and hollering. When I was finally greeted I said I was placing an order for delivery and was immediately put on hold without any warning. My wife calls, since it's her phone number they know, and they actually tell her that they are backed up and are not doing deliveries. A pizza place... not doing deliveries... on a Friday? I guess they must be doing well to let money walk away.
