Al Basha Subs

One year ago during COVID I came here and was disappointed. Today I came back to give them a second chance and I am impressed. The restaurant was clean and the workers were very friendly. The chicken sub and curly fries were made to perfection. This is most definitely the new spot for a late night snack!

Been ordering from here for the longest … every time I ask for the Same thing, tonight I just couldn’t deal with the fact I get delivered soggy fries not even the way I asked them to be, (Again every. Single. Time.) I asked for SUPER well done fries. I placed my order at 9:30pm, got my food around 10:20.. at 10:30 called and asked yo replace my fries because they were soggy as hell& not even able to eat, I paid 33$ for my food and tipped the driver. Called back they said they understood and also was the one who took my order, said they will send them out. It’s 11pm, nothing yet, called back said the driver just left.. now it’s midnight I call them & I get told “the driver didn’t want to drop them off because he was too busy” & get hung up on.. so I go up there . & have to wait to get my fries, thankfully got my money back for the fries. & STILLL NOT THE WAY I ASKED them TO BE & it’s now 12:30!! As I type, I'm in the restaurant (For UberEats). The service is horrible but the food might be good. A long wait. It a sacrifice you have to make. I seen worker missing fries and felt the bottom to make sure it wasn't sitting there too long. And the guys play with their hair around the food. I wouldn't eat here can't see how you would.

I ordered food it never showed up. I called and they acted like I never ordered and treated and talked to me like I was a child. Called chow now the app I ordered through they called them and said they delivered it. I have cameras no one ever showed up and they ripped me off. I will be visiting them today in person and will make sure I get a refund and an apology. DO NOT ORDER from here. Worse business in Dearborn. You have been warned.
