The best Tim Horton’s in All of Dearborn no question about it! They make there ice caps right every time unlike the cracked out ones on ford and Michigan ave. Donuts are always fresh and the bagels are great. Area isn’t great but it’s worth it best Timmy’s ever!

Midnight worker, tall, slim, caucasian male..VERY rude for no reason. Apparently can’t hear through the speaker, takes forever to come to the window and his greeting is disgusting. I’ve worked in fast food, tim horrors being one, and no matter how irritated i was, i NEVER showed it and NEVER gave customers any attitude. First and last time going to this location.

Visited this location twice within a weeks time and requested my usual (from any Tim Hortons location) which is dark roast coffee and with both visits I had to get what was available at the time; both times I was told that they had no dark roast (and did not even offer to make any both times) and with the second visit 1 of the 2 coffees I ordered was full of coffee grounds.

I get that the staff is busy, and short handed, but they did but have several items on their drive thru menu in stock, and the wait was really long. Try a different Tim Hortons.

Its always Fast service in the Drive Thru and Inside even with long lines. Employees are friendly &Helpful. I go mostly mornings and late afternoons. The lines move quick enough for me to grab coffee on a short work break.
My fav is Vanilla or Caramel Iced Coffees and Frozen Cappuccinos. They make them just right most of the time. Also the hot coffee with a flavor shot,a lil sugar &cream is good and the prices aren't bad.

Love Tims. Girl in drive through slightly rude, I asked is that everything? She said "yepp" I asked if she was sure? She rolled her eyes and said "yepp"....she forgot 3 sides and had to drive back 30 minutes. It's not always like this here so maybe it was just a tough day. Still love Tims

So so so so terribly slow! Stayed in line for over 30 mins not even ordering yet and your blocked in so you can’t even leave. Shut it down if the you can’t handle the business. Not to mention they all sound miserable.

I was literally in line for 20 min because the kids that were working this morning was more interested in talking to each other rather than doing their job. Never going there again!!
