Tim Hortons

Honestly this place just needs to be closed down. Horrible food and service. Theyre to busy eating at the window to even say anything, no receipt again and of course my foods messed up again. I ordered sausage and cheese bagel. Explained no egg, whatd i get just nasty looking egg and cheese. Feel free to have a manager or corporate contact me.

This location is a hit 5% of the time, and a miss 95% of the time. On the rare occasion you get trained friendly staff. On the rare occasion they have all items in stock to make a simple ice coffee. Many times they're only accepting cash which you only learn after waiting in the drive through line. These issues individually and randomly would not be a problem, it happens..but this is like alot of the time. This location isn't able to do the bare minimum of basic things needed for a Tim Hortons to function. Disappointing.

This location has gone down hill drastically. Terrible customer service. Everytime I come here they are out of somthing or they mess up a simple order like the one had today. They are so worried about getting you out of the drive thru they don't care to actually do things right. The people there seem depressed to be there it's not a good morning vibe. I have always stood by Tim hortons and have been going to this one every morning for almost 2 years. I can't keep spending money on wasted food. I will start going to a diffrent one from here on out.
