Another blog Googlers 😊 ✨️ 😀 ☺️ 🙂 🤗! Good service 😋 👌 😍 and nice 👍 😀 people working 💪 👷‍♀️ here. Lingering through the air Wendy's smells so good walking 🚶‍♂️ up to the restaurant 😋. I had to pull in to use the bathroom 🚻. I was driving 🚗 around town looking for yardsales and had to pee like Forest Gump said to the president in the movie 🎬 🎞 🎥 🎦 📽 😅. Allow some time ⏲️ when stopping ✋️ 😋 here to eat.

Pulled to the window with not one person in the drive thru. Expected since there’s construction, and an additional big blocked off area of the drive in so it’s a little tight to get in. Waited five minutes for someone to take my order as other cars pulled in behind me. Shouted hello 2x no response. Maybe their mics not working. Pull up to the window and say I waited and shouted hello and didn’t get no answer. Had to place a order. They told me I couldn’t order at the window I’d have to come in, or pull back around. This is a one way of telegraph I can’t just pull out and pull back in? Let alone behind a couple cars and wait some more when I was first. Not to mention I’m in a long work truck with a 24ft trailer behind me. You’d think they’d do better to seize business being in a construction zone. McDonald’s even gas construction prices. We didn’t wait or try to maneuver around to get back in line. Burger King it is.

Check out the order before you drive off 50/50 chance of hot food. Rewards program and mobile app are worth trying, but the app has many shortcomings and calling customer service can be very frustrating with waits of an hour or more and then not properly handled by some agents. Some good agents will be helpful to you with your proper treatment of them.

First! Horrible experience at Wendy's.. I waited in the drive thru line for well over 20mins, just to get to the window and find out that the credit card machine was down, if you have cash please continue to place your order.. I ordered a 4 for $4.00, honey mustard sauce for nuggets and Sprite.. my total came to Almost $5.00 becuz of the sauce??? waited another 10mins for uncertain reason as there was NO in front of me.. just get my food Pull off thinkin Post my ridiculous wait time Everything was Right.. NEVER received my drink & my fries was the only thing Fresh! The burger & Nuggets accompanied my trash.. would never go back to that location.. Joy & Telegraph Rd

This Wendy's restaurant on Joy Rd and Telegraph is the most disgusting establishment that I've visited in the corporation. The young person who worked the drive thru last night was rude, hostile, and absolutely unbelievably HORRIBLE!! We approached the menu board and said "hello" was met with hostile ignorance. The young man? Did NOT say: " hello welcome to Wendy's may I take your order?" He shouted: " you just pulled up to the menu don't and you won't do that, we don't do that here, you won't rush me" all we said was "hello" no long line ahead our car or in back of it so there was no rush or haste. We address him after we got our purchase to avoid contaminated items but again was met with rudeness and hostility. We will never go to this establishment again EVER. He covered his name and his name from our asking but he was gross with two scraunny braids and he was filthy. My family will file a formal complaint because we feel targeted with this aggressive outbursting by the employee because of the color of our skin. It was unwarranted and willfully perpetuated purposely done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THIS KID. We give this establishment all highly negative markings.
