NO HEAT IN THIS BUILDING!!! I have been a regular of this store for many months. I always go in to place my order and this building Freezing. There is NO heat in this building. The people that work here are making an honest living and to have to work in the cold temperatures without heat is just disgusting of ownership. I don't think that Corporate would actually approve of Store Owners treating their employees this way. Terrible ownership; Good Employees! ZERO STARS.....had to leave 1 star to post. :(

Ordered a large milkshake and it was absurdly over priced, loose in texture, and tasted like a milk flavored drink with a scoop of ice cream. Asked them to remake it thicker and they argued with me that it would be an up charge in the future. I suggested for them to put less milk and he said that’s not possible but overall I was outdone because you’re already paying nearly $8!

I had ordered Dunkin through DoorDash and it wasn’t great at all. I order a half dozen of donuts and every single donut was wrong except for one. My 10 count munchkins were smashed. My iced matcha latte not only was made wrong but was quite warm and wasn’t mixed well. I have worked for Dunkin Donuts in the past, in fact I was a shift manager. It really isn’t hard to make & serve items the way they’re supposed to me made and served. I would suggest training your crew more.

Was charged twice for one of the items in my drive thru order. When I went inside to let them know (to get my money back) the young lady at the register completely ignored the fact I just wanted my money back and continued to make the item and handed it to me. I told her I didn't want another order I just wanted my money back for their mistake, she told me the owner doesn't let them give refunds lol I was blown away! Never again.

1 employee running drive Thur and walk in , appeared to be a older lady and gentleman stocking cakes looked like they owned the joint didn’t jump in to help me or other customers approaching to help and move the customers instead they just looked at us few min later the guy working the drive Thur and walk in comes back to the register to print out a receipt and tell me to wait a few more min while he prepares the drive Thur orders. Came here before work with plenty of time. I ordered a cocoa mocha, hot chocolate, bagel bites and 2 donuts. I waited 10 minutes at the window and then when they finally gave me my food and drinks they said the expresso maker wasn't working so what drink did I want. I said another hot chocolate. They didn't give me my donuts so I told them and they just looked at me as if I didn't order 2 donuts. They gave me my donuts almost 5 minutes later. Long story short, I was late for work & this place sucks.

First time at a Dunkin Donuts. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel with a jelly donut and a hot chocolate.
- Bagel was thrown together, lost half the cheese on wrapper.
- Hot chocolate was Lava Hot, took long time to cool off
- Donut was ok
Place was kinda clean, hat to wipe off the chairs and table myself.

They want new customers but I am never going back there. No cream cheese on their $4.00 special bagel with cream cheese. Any other place and you get cream cheese on it.
