The atmosphere was a bit below average. Extremely loud, and a bit unkempt. The table we were sat it was dirty, and we witnessed the hostess sitting folks without making sure the tables were cleaned and sanitized. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic. Extremely friendly and attentive.
The food, breakfast items, were decently made and was hot. The ice coffee, was terrible.
The speed of service was average to say the least.

This place was dead. Only 1 family was in the restaurant eating. No carry out orders. And it was disgusting filthy. Tables never got cleared our entire time here. Floors. Filthy. The bathrooms was so bad I refuse to use and held it. I can only imagine the kitchen being up to par

Very nasty, burnt hash browns, pancakes taste like cardboard, milkshakes was terrible and the eggs had shredded nasty cheese on them. The waiter was also terrible very disappointed :(

I had the privilege of sharing my 52nd birthday here with some of my family. It was a last minute get together idea, Sunday early evening. We were treated very kindly. Our server took great care of us. Our food was perfect! Thank you for contributing to our get together and a wonderful birthday memory.

First it took us about half and hour to get seated. But there were lots of open tables. Our waitress left in the middle of our meal. Not sure why. The eggs didn't taste right. The bacon was over done.the hash browns were over done. The pancakes were excellent. IHOP is usually a lot better than this

Absolutely so slow that’s it makes the experience terrible waited an hour for chocolate chip pancakes that wouldn’t even melt butter. I asked for the manager and was told it would take a while because he’s the cook . Nice man by the way but truly over worked as he cooks and packs Togo orders and delivers them to the front all while maintaining good customer service. God bless Mr. Elliot
