7-eleven

Blonde lady extremely rude for no reason. Rude when I asked her how much a product was when there was no sign labeling the price, was on her phone texting while she rung me up, she had trouble hearing me so i raised my voice, then yells at me for raising my voice when she's the one who had trouble hearing me in the first place. I tried explaining that i wasnt mad at her, that i was trying to let her hear me to deescalate the misunderstanding but she was still too busy catching an attitude yelling at me AND texting away on her phone to listen

I was threatened before by a black employee here because I used change.... it was only a dollar in change LOL. He looked at the change like he didn’t even know what it was. I said it’s money... it was SILVER CHANGE. He threatened to “smack me across my face” and chased me out to my car. THIS LITERALLY HAPPENED. I tried to report this to the manager and he didn’t listen to me at all. This store needs to be shut down. Have the store across the street open 24 hours so this store can be shut down. Their employees are RACIST. And yes, it’s possible for a black person to be racist because I am discriminated against all the time in this area by blacks.

Today August 16th 8:45 p.m. there was a problem redeeming points for bottled water at this particular 7-Eleven it seems as though the cashier lacks training required to redeem points from the 7-Eleven app this should have been a simple transaction but with the cashiers attitude it turned into a no transaction corrective action from management should be to properly train their employees on how to redeem points from the 7-Eleven app as well as talk to them about their attitude

Stopped in at 10:30pm to grab feminine products and use the restroom... Literally ran to restroom (for same reason I was buying fem products) to find that both restrooms are locked. I frantically ask both employees working for restroom key where they proceed to tell me that their manager doesn't allow people to use the restrooms at night. I explain my situation and am already embarrassed.... And the girl proceeds to tell me that I can go to Walmart and use their restrooms. I'm literally standing there legs clenched together and bleeding.... Corporate will be hearing from me tomorrow. Not acceptable at all.
