Being my neighborhood 7/11, I go here all the time. With in the last month, I’ve had issues with an employee and her rudeness to customers. It’s unexcitable and not professional at all. She degrades her customers and speakers unkindly to them. She works alone so no other employees are there to say something. It’s upsetting that I don’t want to go to this store anymore because of her. Something needs to be done. She never wears a name tag so I can’t get a name. Someone needs to take action about this. I know I’m not the only one who has had problems with her rudeness. It’s unfair.

The female cashier working during the day is incredibly ignorant! Her customer service is awful and she is bad for business. This is the most convenient 7-11 near me however I will not be doing business here anymore.

0 Stars. Today I went to this 7 eleven, the cashier ( a lady with no name tag) asked me if my card works with the “tap” and I said yes. I was trying but the machine kept showing an “error” so she tried by herself. A guy that was on the line next to me told her she wasn’t doing it in the right way, and she told him “I DO THIS EVERY DAY AND I KNOW HOW TO DO IT, do you wanna try??????” And she gave MY DEBIT CARD to that guy!!!!! I DIDNT EVEN KNOW HIM!!! She is not just RUDE, she is absolutely disrespectful and not responsible!! How can you give your costumer’s debit card to SOMEONE ELSE?? (The guy wasn’t even wearing a shirt) I was completely upset and disappointed, i live in the area but I’m not going there no more!

I went to this store today and the woman working behind the register was extremely rude. She degraded me and was racist. If you don’t do something about it I will take this to the media. She wasn’t wearing a name tag. She needs to run the register instead of her mouth. This is unacceptable!

Unorganized!!! I was able to purchase the 100x scratch off lottery tickets spent 40$ and won on 2 tickets but they are saying the tickets aren’t validated

I've never had a problem at this location. I live 2 1/2 blocks closer to their Ridgewood store but walk the extra step just to come to this one. Always friendly staff, except for an older hentalman that worked nights, but I think enouph customer complaints took him out of the equation.
