When it's open, I can some good food at late hours, how whenever IT IS OPEN!!! Been to this place on multiple occasions where it's well inside working hours and it's closed. Can you at least put something on the app that discloses that a certain taco bell closed early? Glad there's a 7-11 that's open 24-7 so I can get my late night food.

Great staff, great food, and fast service. Only complaint: I love Diablo and Fire sauce and I usually ask for both, but they sometimes forget one. Sometimes they don't give enough sauce too. Other than that, everything is perfect here!

In our experience, the worst of the Taco Bells in the area. They should just close this one until they work out their staffing issues. The last time we ordered the employee asked us to not pick up our food at the window but pay and drive around so their "numbers" would be ok. This time they didn't crisp the tortilla and they were barely rolled together. Our order was wrong too - missing ingredients. Skeleton crew and the sign at the front door seems to have fallen off. Very derelict. We won't come back to this particular TB.

I just ate lunch here with my family and it was so disappointing. I have never tried the Mexican pizza so I was anxious to try that since it's back on the menu. I ordered the Mexican pizza and a soft taco supreme. The soft taco supreme was messy to eat but I'm kind of accustomed to that with Taco Bell's foods. The Mexican pizza was a complete disappointment. I still have the rancid burnt taste in my mouth even after eating three Oreo cookies it's still there. Either they're oil was old or and this is what I think happened the tortillas were old and stale and kind of had that rancid aftertaste to them. My son ordered one too and he's had them before and I was kind of going on his good recommendation that they were awesome but this time they weren't and he tasted his and it was bad too.
Edit....As it turns out, I think they did a bait and switch on the crust. Substitutd an old racid tostada shell. Nasty.

If your writing as a driver driver. Expect the staff to be rude and expect to wait in the drive thru line forever. They don't care you're losing money and your customers order is sitting waiting for you without a good reason.

Ordered online as a drive thru order specifically because my family and I have COVID but when I got to the drive thru they said I have to come inside also waited for a few minutes so that I could place an order for a drink separately but no one ever took my order so I had to order on the screen. I don’t think COVID is that big of a deal anymore but I still try to be respectful and not spread it to others who may care. This establishment doesn’t seem to take that seriously. There was no hand sanitizer available either. Ordered a cherry sunrise freeze and they called my name and it was just the Cherry freeze. I wouldn’t have ordered it if they would have told me BEFOREHAND that they didn’t have the right kind of syrup in stock. On top of that they didn’t even fill the cup all the way.

Got our order taken wrong, shoved through drive through, realized our order was wrong, came back, still making our order wrong, fighting while customers are in the lobby. We’re about take our wrong food and leave because we’ve waited too long and paid correctly for our food. This is ridiculous. Employees fighting with customers in the dining area?!

Specifically went to taco bell to get the Mexican pizza. When I got home half the pizza was eaten and even a piece with a bite mark in it. I called up there and they asked me to bring it inside. When we got there my daughter went in and showed then the half eaten Mexican pizza and they proceeded to pretty much call her a liar by stating "that didn't go out the window that way". It was then another employee admitted it was his half eaten Mexican pizza they accidentally gave me. Yea they replaced it but it's disgusting u guys are not paying attention to the quality food that you're sending out the window. On top of that pretty much saying we lied about the condition of the food. Very upset with this experience and will never go back.
