Terrible service. My first & last time going to this Starbucks. The caramel macchiato was atrocious! The young lady who made it put no effort in this. When you give a customer a drink with the contents flooding everywhere & your only response is,"Sorry about that, I put to much in". Smh. I would never give my customer a cup that has a puddle on the top of it.. These guys need to be trained for at least 3 weeks & put care into what they're doing.

Went in with my 10 year old and 15 year old to grab some lemonades. When I noticed the young lady packed both drinks with so much ice you could not put another piece in if you tried. I asked her to please take out some before she poured the mix in and she did. When we were walking away she stated “Ha you caught me packing it with ice.” Another worker then chimed in stating “Oh isn’t that the standard amount of ice? ” Then they both laughed like teenage little mean girls. I thanked them for informing me of that, but I am paying for the drink not the ice. Then she made my drink after having me wait while they made the next person’s drink. I ordered the Acai strawberry and it tasted like barely flavored water with all the strawberries on top. I am not one to complain but if your going to act nasty toward the customers at least make the drinks right. Very rude staff.
Always loved coming here when I shop at Target but not anymore.

The free WiFi is very beneficial for business meetings. The customer service is outstanding. The herbal tea selection is very healthy! We are very happy doing business at their location every time. Some of our most important business have taken place at Starbucks. We highly recommend them!! All locations so far have been pleasantly harmonious.
