Arby's

Visited this location after driving almost 2 hours for a wedding. We needed a snack before we got ready. Drive thru wasn't moving at all for almost 20 minutes. Not one car moved forward. We backed up and parked. Plenty of people working inside and no wait to place order! We place what we thought was a quick order of 5 sliders. Was charged full price when it was happy hour and should've been $1 each. 15 minutes later, we have our food and I'm able to ask about the price difference with another employee. Girl rolled her eyes to the back of her head, then gave me a delayed response that "Archie" was needed--I'm guessing the manager. Mistakes happen, and I only wanted to see if they'd issue the price difference there and if they couldn't, I'd just dispute the rest. "Archie" spoke rudely to the girl working register in front of us and other customers. Already irritated at the wait time, she hands me $1.50 in cash from the register. .78 x 5 sliders... definitely owed more than $1.50. Not wanting to waste anymore time, we just walked out. This will be settled with the bank, I don't recommend this place. At all. I doubt Arby's would even get back to me after I filed a complaint with them, too. EDIT/Response to Owners comment: I've already filed a complaint with corporate. I'm not going to another link and filing a complaint there, too. This location already owes me money. If you're asking ME to take this information from the review and/or the corporate complaint to do your job or make it easier, you're going to owe me more.

Arby's is always a good fast food establishment, roast beef is always hot and juicy,very flavorful. I'm enjoying the Greek meat gyro and if you've never tried Arby's,I strongly suggest you try them and this particular sandwich. The caramel cinnamon milkshake is awesome but I'm a huge fan of their jamocha shake..... enjoy and happy holidays

Very rude drive though personal. Screamed at me when I yelled yes after she couldn't hear my previous three yes responses. Belittled me when I asked what no4 was..told me to read the menu. When I parked and went into the store to complain the Manger told me I was wrong for asking questions. Their food is overpriced but still good...but add on pure disrespect while ordering....nope not worth it. I called Corp office about their terrible service. They asked me about time of order..who served me..and apologized for the way I was treated. Managers should be trained. Managers should train their staff.it is not ok for someone to have to park and come into the store and complain about the drive through attendants...and the Manger blows it off as nothing while that employee is in I'm the kitchen dropping f bombs back to back while the whole store hears it

Nasty girl on drive through. Heard her demand will you pay with card or exact change. When it was my turn I asked her what exactly not was. Menu said it was some sort of chicken warp but co pilot said it was brisket. Girl on drive through it was brisket and to read menu. She kept reaffirming my order after 5he third I yelled yes...them she started screaming at me for ye.ling...I just wanted to order my food..pay for it and get on my way....I get these fast food places have trouble finding employees...but this is just madness.
