Same menu as others. Went here rather than other fast foods because had heard the fish sandwich was better than the others. It was true but needed many napkins because it had an over abundance of tartar sauce and lettuce. Still had St Patrick's Day milkshakes, which was a plus.

men's restroom was completely out so the men and women were using the same women's restroom and this is part of what looked like it doesn't even look as bad in the pictures as it did when I was in there

I haven't been to Arby's in 20 years for quality issues over the years. Not impressed with the new Wagyu burger at all. They hype it up like it's supposed to be a game changer. So I figured a chance should be given after 2 decades.
I watched them make it, it was put together and they put the patty and cheese in the microwave briefly. Before the cheesee went on, it was sat on the dirty cutting board.
The lobby was in need of cleaning and stocking as well. I sent these concerns to to corporate and they never responded.
$31 for 2 burger meals and a side of cheese sticks is steep, especially for the quality and temperature I received. The only things that are good here are the fried foods.
While the burger was edible, it was not juicy or really all that good.
In short, the burger was not worth $12.48 a piece. If you can't avoid Arby's stick to the fried foods, they are the most edible.

Great service. Ordered online but did not realize it gave me a pick up time. I went inside and said I ordered online and was told they don't get orders until 5 minutes before the pick up time. He went ahead and had my order prepared I was on my way!!! Not many would have done that....

The staff seems great. It's updated. The food was fresh. Drinks weren't watery. I'd say one of the nicer Arby's around the city.

I go here mostly for snacks. Fries, jalapeno poppers that sort of thing. If you want a better chicken sandwich there is a better restaurant about a mile away and it's cheaper

Everything was exactly how we ordered it and hot and fresh. Service was very fast and the emplyees were very friendly thank you for a great lunch with my family!

Ordered a double roast beef paid for a double roast beef! But what I got was a regular roast beef.
