Carrabelle's

Being from New Orleans, l like spicy food. This Jambalaya Seafood Pasta with Shrimp dish at Carrabelle's is as close to the recipe at Copeland's as you can get. The pasta is delicious and the seasoning is perfect. It's become my favorite meal here! It's a lil tastier than the Grilled Chicken Alfredo.

i brought my mom and family here for mother’s day, and came in without a wait! i go here often and i love their food! service is always good! our server Daniel was great! very nice, and attentive. he made sure to check on us often and kept the drinks full! it’s always good to have a great server, it’s so rare to find! my favorite restaurant in town!

Tarin was very polite and attentive. Prices were reasonable. Decent draft beer selection. Food was good but not great. Had better made-from-scratch pizza. Now to the one issue: the bathrooms were awful. They were both nicely decorated - but the men's smelled very strong of urine. My wife said the ladies room had bits of wet toilet paper everywhere. They were both very dark also. Sadly because I went to the restrooms first, it kinda killed the whole dining experience.

Servers were very kind and attentive. The issue I had was with food quality and time to get food. Our appetizer took nearly min. to arrive. I would be fine with that if it were busy, but they were 1/3 full at best. Our cheese dip was broken (lumpy and oily) and the onion rings had NO flavor whatsoever. The ribs were good as were the mashed potatoes. The pulled pork baked potato was ok. it was oily but flavor was what you'd expect. All in all I loved the service but the food quality and cook time was meh.

Originally, we went to eat dinner here because of a lot of tasty stuff that's listed on their menu online...but when we arrived, more than half of those things weren't *actually* on their menu...but our group stayed to try what they had... The pastas were fine, but the burgers looked frozen - not hand-packed - and the ribeye?? Is terrible. Not only is it low quality, grisly cuts, but medium rare isn't a thing there. The first steak came out well done, and the second one was on the high side of medium, pushing well in the middle. It may just be because we've been living in Texas and have gotten used to phenomenal steaks - but the food isn't worth the cost.

I don’t think I have had a worst experience at a bar in a long time. First off, we sat down and though the bar was wet with drink rings, the bartender was going to sit our menu right on the dirty bar. When we requested she wipe it down, she poured several beers and took another customers order before leaving the bar area to get some spray and 2 paper towels to wipe it down ( says to me they never wipe down the bar if they have to leave the bar area for cleaner). It was early- like 5pm so they weren’t busy. I ordered a steak and THEN was told that the steak prices were $3 higher than listed on the menu. 😡 When the food came out, I had to ask twice for silverware and by the time I got it, the food was cold. I requested a loaded baked potato and the toppings were minimal at best. When I asked if I could get another set-up for the potato I was told it would be $2 more- really??? For a tablespoon of sour cream, tsp of butter and some bacon bits? We definitely won’t be returning.
