This is a Flint original! Fast friendly service I wish I would’ve caught my waitresses name she was spot on! Flint and Detroit style coneys hot delicious food!

Completely different experience depending on what time you go. 2pm is sweet and quiet, full of families and elderly. 2am is absolutely insane. I've seen all types there. Best Coney still in Flint. The last of the originals. Worth a visit at least once in your life. If you're a local you've probably eaten there a lot.

Can't get enough of this place. It's an icon of the Flint automotive industry, built and serving hungry auto workers since the 60s. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Food is exactly what you want it to be, comforting, familiar favorites. Portion sizes are big, so bring an appetite, sit back, and feel immersed in the history of Flint. True blue collar place.

Just placed a huge order with them. We were short an Order when our guy picked it up and The prices for our meals were more than what it shows online!! and Waitress Cathy complained to him that he did not Tip enough!!! Then I called and spoke with a very Rude Cathy, who says they don't have Management there. She was Very Rude and Disrespectful!! The owners should be Ashamed of the way my call was handled by Cathy! We will not be bringing Our hard earned money to Starlight again!! Back to Tom's Diner we go! I hope the Owners realize that they lost a big account that would of brought them business for a long time. Your customers deserve better!

Starlite Coney Island is and has been a favorite in the Flint area for decades! As many of Flint's best Coney restaurants have closed up shop, Starlite is here to stay! The food is all hand prepared, made in a timely fashion, the service is friendly, the restaurant is clean. It is no wonder why it is busy from open to closing! If you are looking for a good, well priced food I suggest a visit....soon!

IF, You live in Flint you have dined here! IF you are passing through Flint you are going to WANT to dine here. servers are QUICK and Friendly. Unbelievably they actually have SHORT ORDER COOKS, that can actually cook! Hard find now ahh days! From Breakfast to Supper you want a hot meal, you can't go wrong with a visit here.prices are right, servers are awesome (OURS NAME WAS ANNA) AND THE COOKS ARE Great! Go on in and enjoy!
