Big Boy Davison

I specifically ordered the cinnamon french toast. Which is described as cinnamon swirl toast, topped with cinnamon sugar and caramel with a side of maple syrup. I didn’t even get the syrup. The other side of the french toast was burnt and this side you see here was still super soggy with batter. This is absolutely disgusting and I’ll never be ordering from them again.

Manager Nicole was VERY rude and has no sense of customer service. I am sick and ordered breakfast. The works scramble specifically said scrambled OVER hash browns. It was supposed to also come with three scrambled eggs. Then you got to choose a side. I didn’t want another side of hash browns so I chose fresh fruit. The First Lady who answered the phone said no problem well correct it here’s my manager. Manager said well you chose fruit it’s your fault. Also I asked for the eggs to be over easy not scrambled so she said technically were not supposed to do that so instead of 3 scrambled eggs we gave you 2 over easy eggs. She refused to do anything for me. Never will I go back to that place of business again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience ever! I used to go here all the time and it was fantastic. This experience was terrible. I had to ask for silverware and the waitress brought out the bill right after the food! My husbands eggs were snotty and gross and the food in general is not what it used to be. I will not be returning.

It was a terrible experience. I had a hair on my food. Burnt pieces all over my chicken. Also the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They also closed at 6:30 for no reason. The people sitting ahead of me had freezer burnt food and under cooked hush puppies and there noodles were nothing but soggy. I won’t be going back.

Went to Big boy in Davison for breakfast with my wife, our 4 kids & I. we all got the breakfast buffet, when we got there adults where $12.99. Before we left it was up to $14.99 in a matter of 20 minutes! Also, every other Big boy, kids 5 and under eat free but at the one in Davison they charge $7.99 for kids. Also 2 of my kids chocked on the bacon because if was not cooked thoroughly. I will never go back!! I could have drove 20 more minutes to clio and my kids would have ate for free and would have had a much better experience. Drive the extra 20 minutes & dont got to the Davison Big boy. I'll be calling the Corporate down in Warren
