An incredible place because of the people who work there. I know I'm supposed to leave reviews about food, but today a very nice guy (I didn't ask his name) offered me lemonade when he saw that I was upset about something. He was very responsive and sweet. I think this is a much greater reward than just coming to eat! I am grateful to this guy, he made me whole week! And I wish the restaurant prosperity!

On this lazy Sunday evening, I was craving a healthy bowl. Instead of ordering online, I took a chance and walked in. The atmosphere in this college town is usually upbeat and on this day it wasn’t crazy busy! The service was friendly, not fussy, not fake; the prices comparable to other places that serve sustainable food. I spent less than $18 for a generous portion of BBQ chicken, sweet potato noodles, mashed cauliflower, and seasoned chickpeas. They call it a Four Bowl. I also added FK spring water and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. I enjoyed every bit and morsel!

Fresh Kitchen is hands down one of the finest fast food establishments I've had the pleasure of dining at. Not only is their food incredibly fast, but it's also healthy—a rare combination in the world of fast food. My children love their balanced meals filled with greens, potatoes, and succulent meats. It's the kind of place I could see us eating at every single day without growing tired. The staff truly sets this place apart; they make us feel like we're part of the Fresh Kitchen family. Special shoutout to Nigel, the exceptional manager, and Nick, the outstanding owner. I wholeheartedly recommend Fresh Kitchen to everyone. Whether you're looking for a daily eatery or a family go-to spot, this place has it all: healthy, fast, and always fresh. Forever a Fresh Kitchen fan!

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Fresh Kitchen and I can honestly say it is one of the best food experiences I have ever had. The food was incredibly fresh and of the highest quality. The ingredients were all fresh and locally sourced. The presentation of the dishes was amazing and certainly added to the experience. I had the salmon with a side of vegetables and it was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and attentive and I was able to have a great conversation with them about the food. All in all, I highly recommend Fresh Kitchen to anyone looking for high quality food.

Keeping it real, the assembly-line restaurants that scoop food into your bowl are what I affectionately call “cafeteria-style”. That’s not meant to be negative. Some cafeteria-style places serve slop, and others are kinda awesome. Fresh Kitchen is definitely in the awesome cafeteria-style lineup. I mean, how do you precook and cut steak, put it in the lineup, and still keep it deliciously medium rare for when it hits my bowl?! Someone at Fresh Kitchen cracked the code and my taste buds are here for it! I ordered two meals for pick-up. They were ready on time, packaged properly, everything ordered was correct, and when I got home it was still warm and delicious.
