Taco Bell

Took half an hour to get through the drive through at 10pm, was told at the window that they didn't have what we ordered, but refused to substitute anything in place, got the rest of our order completely wrong, and when they asked if we wanted sauce we clearly asked for "a little of each kind" only to receive 4 Mild sauces instead. I would never recommend anyone use the Taco Bell in Daphne over any other location, and would suggest eating anywhere else given the option. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ok the person taking was very untrained, and hard to understand. After 5 minutes placing an order I waited 25 minutes before I got to the window. I was then told to pull up and wait some more. Due to the very narrow drive way my vehicle was almost hit by a van leaving. Then when I received my food it was stale and poorly made, then drinks were watered down and impossible to enjoy. I will never go back to this establishment again and I would not ever recommend anyone go there

Service was really slow and woman taking orders walked by several times and would not acknowledge us till we were waiting about 5 mins at desk. Then we waited for our food for about 20 mins which they didn't give us our chips and cheese so after telling them that it took a different woman I told 2 mins to walk to a door to grab a small bag of chips that was sitting in there and grab two premade cups of cheese. The only reason it got a 2 stars is because the food was not bad but that might have been because I was so hungry. People in drive thru were getting their food orders and leaving in mins but there were 4 other unfortunate victims that came after me and were waiting awkwardly for their food.

The service was terrible. They only had 3 people behind the counter. 2 cooks and 1 working the drive through. The employees were very nice. The bathroom had a terrible odor and there was standing water against one wall. There was also standing water in the hallway. Granted it was raining but their building shouldn't leak. My order was also incorrect.

Normally when I visit this Taco Bell, it's a good experience. I've had one out of every five or six experience is not so good though. Overall, I would give this locations High marks, but I must warn you about something. The roads are very tricky around this Taco Bell. You can get in, but it's hard to get out. Just remember that and use your GPS.

They had four or five employees in there at lunch time one of them was sitting down taking a break and the other three r4 we're behind the counter one was doing drive thru but what were the other two doing? Not taking my order. I stood there for about 6 or 7 minutes before I left and went somewhere else...pure laziness. People like that shouldn't be able to have a job because they're just taking that job away from someone else who would actually do their job...

I don't think my order has ever been right there. Just got home and again my order isn't complete. Charged for full amount of course. Customer service is terrrrrriibbbllleeeee.... I'm doing good to get the majority of my items are even wrapped up. Corp needs to come in and make a clean sweep to ensure Taco Bells standards are being met....which now it isn't close.
