Sonic Drive-in

Horrible food and a terrible waste of money! I took one bite and it went straight to the trash, it had an off taste. The picture does not do it justice. It's the size of a child's meal. The bun is about 4 inches in diameter. Soggy chicken and barely any mayonnaise. Now I have a stomach ache. I want my money back!

It’s been a very long time sense I’ve had a pleasure able experience at any sonic. But this morning the lady at the drive through window was very nice, and when the gentleman brought me my food he said sorry for the wait and I hadn’t even been like waiting long. The employees are now people friendly and the food is much better. The new GM must be doing a great job.

My last two visits to this place have made me determine that I should not come to this location again. I've had multiple times of excessive waiting on a mobile order even after they have acknowledged my presence. This order before last, they messed up my order and gave me unsweet tea when I asked for sweet tea. My most recent visit and the reason I'm leaving this review is because, while they only have the drive-thru open and I understand that, I had a mobile order and had already submitted it thus I needed to check in at one of the stalls. It was over 10 minutes before they brought my order (a grilled cheese double and a sweet tea), And The sandwich had not been grilled/toasted at all, the cheese was not melted in any capacity, And was basically just a double cheeseburger on barely toasted Texas toast. I do not recommend this place, and I will not be spending any more money at this location. Edit: I should note that pretty much every time I have had a mobile order, I have had to press the button and get their attention to actually get my order once I'm there.

First off I always order through the app. Today I received my order which was a medium chili cheese for and a blue coconut slush add strawberries. That is the only thing I ever order. My tots were old with chili and cheese thrown on top. I was very disappointed. Also, I received my slush with a bendable straw already inside. I do not think that is sanitary with COVID still around and on the rise. The straw was cute though.

Been waiting over 30 minutes for two Oreo blasts. Watched several cars come and leave with food/ drinks. Still no Oreo blasts. Absolutely atrocious service. I'm a delivery driver and could be doing other delivery's while I wait a ludicrous amount of time for them to make the most simple thing on the menu aside from water.
