Came in last minute with a large order (30 smoothies). They were more than happy to take order and get it together within 30 mins. Great smoothies and great experience.

Went to this location today hoping to find a healthy tasty snack. But instead I found a rude employee. I asked the lady for something with energy and possibly a meal replacement. Before I could even finish the question she rudely interrupted me and threw out a random suggestion. She then rushed me for my order and was very abrupt when I was at the window. I’m not even sure I received what I ordered.

Get it together guys. Didn’t “know how to work the app” for the online orders. Wait 30 extra mins and then given the wrong drink. Had to wait another 15 mins for it to be remade. This location needs help. The girl working the window was sweet but this dude in there had a horrible attitude. I know staffing is difficult right now

Usually this location is pretty good and consistent but I now stopped going to this location due to the smoothies being inconsistent when this one person makes it. She also gets very defensive when you ask can it be remade.I never wanted anything free I just wanted it to be remade since I did spend $8.

Arrived at 8:01 on a Saturday morning. There was already one vehicle in line waiting at the drive-through speaker box. At about 815 she moved forward and I came to the speaker box wait till about 820 until someone took my order then I was told to move forward. Waited until 832 to be told my order has to be retaken and no one offered a discount

I usually love this smoothie king but lately it's been hit or miss. I usually order the same thing ever time but it never taste the same. I hate that I can't go in due to construction because the drive thru sucks. It's too small and they never get my order right nor do my points add on. I'd rather see when they scan my phone verse take it and scan it on their own phone.
