Waffle House

We are still sitting here. We walked in & was politely greeted by the cook. The waitress looked at us and turned her head. It was 3 booths and 4 ppl sitting at the bar area. My friend sat for a min, went to restroom, came back and still not even a head nod or acknowledgement from the waitress. We continue to talk to each other and after a while it dawns on me again. We haven’t been greeted or anything. We watched her walk pass us to three different tables a few times and I finally asked was she out server. She said yes but you have other people in front of you. I stated I understood if she was in the weeds. However, we hadn’t even been acknowledged nor asked what we wanted to drink. She said okay and walked away. She came back about five minutes later and asked what we wanted to drink. I would have been left but bring that my friend wanted Waffle House so badly and we both worked long shifts today I opted to stay. So, we finally ordered and hopefully it’s put in to the cook. My friends tea is now empty but he still wants to stay. This is one of the most disrespectful experiences. It’s beyond shocking because she’s a older lady. Most times it’s the younger generations that might lack work ethic.

Service was good. Nice employees. Food tasted good. No issues there. But middle of eating my daughter had to use bathroom shes 4 years old. Ladies restroom was messy the toilet had blood smeared all over the top of seat it was disgusting. Mens restroom was dirty, but cleaner the ladies room so we used it only because shes 4 years old couldn't hold it. After that I pretty much lost my appetite after looking around the place as I sat there floors were disgusting water all under our table my daughter dropped her toy and her dress all on bottom got wet from dirty wet floor. Everything behind the counter just looked unsanitary. Definitely will not visit this location again.

Really nice people until I realized my to-go order was wrong. It was a miscommunication — I called them back to ask if they could help fix it and I explained I said double capped but they heard topped and insisted that’s what I said and made me feel like an idiot. It is what it is, but next time I’ll go to the other one down the road so I can actually eat food I paid for.

Would have gave it no stars but their sweet tea was excellent. The waitress in the 2 to 9pm shift was the absolute WORST SERVER IVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE. THIS WAS TUESDAY MARCH 22 2022. She had an attitude straight off the bat. Refused us some things, brought out the wrong food. It looked terrible because the cook was dancing around acting a fool for the person at the counter and NOT paying attention to the food. The server rudely reordered my cousin food . Well part of it. BUT ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO REORDER MINE. I REFUSED TO PAY FOR FOOD I DID NOT EVEN TOUCH SO SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS AND HAVE ME ARRESTED. WAFFLE HOUSE DOEST NOT HAVE PEOPLE ARRESTED FOR REFUSING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING NEVER EVER TOUCHED. I WAS HELD UP 45 MIN DEALING WITH THREE COPS. NO AMOUNT IF MONEY COULD GET ME BACK IN THAT PLACE AND I MEAN NO AMOUNT. MY COUSIN FEELS THE SAME WAY. NEVER IN MY 59 YEARS HAVE I EVER DELT WITH SUCH BS AS SHE GAVE . I DON'T KNOW WHAT HER PROBLEM WAS. BUT UT STARTED BEFORE WE EVER ARRIVED.
