Arby's

They have mostly great customer service, and without the following, they would get 5 stars. Every time, literally every time I request sauce or get an item that would normally be served with sauce, i do not get it. Today, the girl at the window asked if I needed sauce while mentioning my sauce i would get with my other item and. I requested another another sauce item and recieved neither of them. This is a consistent issue and they need some QC before items go out.

I love Arby's roast beef but this sandwich was hard on the edges (the meat was) like it was reheated 2-3 times in the microwave but it was very pink in the middle. Maybe the cooked it too fast... It was pretty nasty. Otherwise the store was clean and the people were very friendly. It's a shame because I've never had an Arby's roast beef sandwich that I didn't like before this one.

I came here the last few rmtimes ai had Qrbys and it was pretty good. But tonight I decided to order a double roast beef instead of classic and it was Luke warm and pieces of meat thrown on it that shouldn't of been on there. I'll stick with classic roast beefs. I asked for a medium crinkle fry ended up with a small and more curly fries then crinkle fries and at the window asked if I wanted any sauces I said ketchup please. Absolutely no ketchup in the bag. You need to get it together. I stopped there last Thursday and it was excellent not this thursday
