What a place!!! Thomas took great care of us and his service was amazing! We tried a few brews, told Thomas what kind of tastes we were into and selected his recommendations. Thomas was spot on we enjoyed every sample he suggested! Wether you are a craft brew connoisseur or not I highly recommend Old Forge, hopefully every server is as knowledgeable and patient as Thomas was with us. We even got a history lesson about IPA. Super happy, thanks so much!
The best burgers! Beers were fantastic! Bartender was awesome! And the atmosphere is perfect! Glad this place isn’t closer to my house, or I would be in there everyday!
Nice Atmosphere. Friendly service and delicious food. We had the fried Brussel Sprouts with caramel onions for an appetizer. They were crispy & so tasty. They definitely whet our appetites for our main courses: Fish & Chips, Smoked Salmon Salad & one of their specialty burgers. Everything was so flavorful - beyond our expectations.
Food and beer were very good. We were a little disappointed with the prices. It is difficult to justify spending $20 on a sandwich and some fries.
Many different styles of beers so there’s something for everyone. Sours, IPA’s, malty brews, and blonde ales. All were delicious.
Second time visiting the Old Forge for lunch. The wait staff's attention is excellent. Fast, friendly, helpful service with a smile. The beer is of course is delicious with a choice on the menu for everyone. I would have given it 5 stars except for the food portion. Last year when we visited, the chicken sandwich was huge with lettuce,, tomato and the chicken hanging over a huge, fresh bun. My last visit on Saturday was much smaller. More of a plain hamburger bun with a small slice of chicken. Although the portions were fine for this visit, I was just expecting more. The pretzel is deliciously warm and pairs with any beer. Great place with even better service and beer. I will try to get back.
Stopped in for lunch. Impressive menu with locally sourced meats. The burger was delicious! The beer was on point! I’ll be back!
Burgers were some of the best we've ever had. Sea bass tacos were good, as were the fries. When we were in there were quite a few kids so it was really loud (which we really don't mind) but hard to hear. Nice location. We'll return.
If you're looking for a great, and I mean GREAT place for food,,,, make sure to check this place out. Craft beers are a plus but could be another reason to get your butt to Old Forge Brewing Co.
Mac and cheese with chicken was amazing. Fresh pretzel with beer cheese and don't forget the onion bacon jam.
French onion soup that is not just a spoon of salty broth.
The fish tacos? Well let's just say if you don't get these at least once you're missing the boat.
Service was excellent and made sure that our 6 year old had her food first and fast.

I’m a travel nurse and had an assignment here in Danville. Old Forge Brewing is our go-to place for great food(try the Forge burger) and homemade root beer!!!!! (Bring a growler). Friendly staff and the inside of the restaurant is a real treat. Outdoor dining options are available as well. What a great place to meet up with friends!
