Overall, the food was average. It tasted good but, it definitely wasn’t memorable; and the portions weren’t too generous. The cocktails were OK but, I would consider sticking to the beers for the most part.
The service was slow and, somewhat erratic but, it seemed that they were understaffed at the moment. Nonetheless, our waitress was very friendly and she took good care of our table as much as possible.

Really God awful experience this time. I had a 3* from the last time we went, but it is now a solid 0* if it was possible...
We ordered $105 worth of food for only 4 adults and 2 very young kids. That was no starters, no alcohol, and no dessert. 2 sandwiches, 1 entree salad, one side salad, one 10 piece wing (that only came out with 6 half dollar sized pieces of chicken half sauced on it), and 2 kids chicken fingers. 4 sodas and 2 kids lemonades. For $105 dollars...for that price, the food and service should have been SPOT ON. It wasn't. I understand blah blah COVID and all that, but seriously, if you can't make the food properly, don't seat more guests...
We received our food in the order of: 2 kids meals after 10 mins, 1 sandwich next after 20 more mins, the second sandwich 5 mins after, then the salads and 6 piece boneless wing 10 MORE minutes after that! So we were trying to have a Sunday lunch as a family and wanted to eat together so we waited on the salads and wings for 2 adults and by the time they got there, the sandwiches were cold. The wings even came out ICE cold with the salads like the heat lamps don't even work?
Overall, this was truly horrible... I'm just putting pictures of my sandwich so you can see the "chicken breast" (really more of a tender in size) so you can see that even the food is pretty bad...so much bread to meat ratio..
Not going back there ever again, I hope they find help or whatever...

Our server Alex was so nice. He was serving a really large group at another table but still did a great job coming back to check on us and talking to us. Anyone who comes here should ask for him! You will not be disappointed. Thanks!

Today !Father’s Day
Restaurant open with a few people in , the hostess asked 20 minutes waiting line , reason short kitchen stuff .
Really !I asked her how long will take to have my order ready after I seat . She said 30 minutes till 1 hour.
By now capacity in the restaurant, pretty much empty, service extremely slow .
Unfortunately, first and last time here , did even eat .

Alex always makes the service here an enjoyable dining experience. Have never had a bad experience when he is my server. Always checking in and making the table laugh. This man is the coolest server I’ve had by far every-time I get him .

Disappointed even before we got seated. After a great day with the kids, we decided to stop by. Absolutely dead inside but with all the kids we were 12. Asked us to wait to set a table. A bit later and we ask kindly saying we have waited 20 minutes to be seated and the woman up front returned with a snarky “ it’s been 18 minutes, not 20” we decided to go to panera instead soon after.

Experience here was awful- we ordered for pick up, drove out of way because Saugus gave us 1hr wait time for pick up and Danvers said 20-25min and were given wrong price for food over phone.
After arriving they fixed they tried price a bit because we were given price that added over $10 so they fixed it to correct price. We have been waiting for food it’s been close to 1 1/2 hrs and we aren’t even getting the fries or sides with the order because we had been charged wrong & the person who took order punched it in wrong and didn’t charge accurately for Wing Bundle which was fine we just wanted the wings mainly- It’s first time here and really bad experience.
