Delicious food in a nice atmosphere. My wife and I had a very nice Valentine's dinner here. The atmosphere was intimate enough for a special occasion with your signfican other, but was also comfortable so it would be excellent for an everyday dinner, or with a small group.
I had the scallops, which were probably the best scallops I've ever eaten at a restaurant. They were big and plump, very tender. Profiteroles for dessert; delicious with coconut ice cream.
My wife had lobster bisque and filet mignon. I didn't sample them but she thought they were superb. She had vanilla creme brulee for dessert.
Service was extremely attentive, without being hovering; friendly without joining the party.
We will definitely be going back to Nine Elm.
The dining scene in Danvers Square has seen quite a revitalization over the past year, and the leader of the pack is Nine Elm American Bistro, which has garnered a loyal following since Matt and Jean Sanidas opened the doors last September. We decided to
My wife and I have been here several times and we have not been disappointed yet. We know what to expect but each time we get overwhelmed with the flavors, the quality and the fantastic friendly service. It's like going to a friend's home for dinner. The chef is a master at his craft. We want to order everything in the menu. It is all delicious. So glad they have managed to stay running through covid. Keep up the good work.
Going here was a great experience. For starters we got the butternut squash ravioli and the stuffed dates. The dates aren't pictured hut the presentation was great. They stuff them with blue cheese (which was a bit lacking to be honest also ide prefer feta.)but the app itself was delicious.
The butternut squash ravioli was good but it just lacked the punch of flavor that I was expecting (maybe more sage?) but the pasta the ravioli was made from.... Delicious. Ide definitely get both again.
For meals I got the pork chop and it was out of this world. Cooked perfect and flavor in every single bite. Nothing was overwhelming and every flavor complimented one another. The salmon was cooked just right and the lentils were delicious.
We got creme brulee for desert and it was very well done. Can't wait to go back here and try the filet mignon (I was on the fence with that and the chop) highly recommend.
This is absolutely my go-to restaurant, it should be yours! I have gone here dozens of times. Each and every time I am amazed by the consistency from the kitchen, the wait staff is incredible and very accommodating. My favorite is the pork chop it is better than any steak I've ever had. And I eat out often! Love to top off my dinner with an espresso martini once again highly recommend this. The owners Matt and Jean, work their tails off to ensure each and every one of their customers are made to feel like their best friends. Thank you Frank Arsenault as always
It was great food. Very friendly staff.
No matter what you order, every option is mouth watering.
It is definitely a hidden gem.
The food here is amazing! The restaurant is modern and spacious and service was great.
The flavors of everything we ordered were delicious. Not a big selection of entrees but I'm sure they're all excellent.
We love 9 Elm. Fabulous! The very best menu and specials. Everyone there is happy.
