Excellent location. The staff were so friendly and on top of their game. My food was made fresh to order and brought out to my table at lightning speed. I highly recommend Carls Jr hand battered chicken tenders. I think a lot of people sleep on them but when made fresh such as here in Dana Point - they are an absolute joy to the tastebuds. These workers were so organized and stayed busy between orders they could be cleaning the entire store! And talk about multi tasking. Taking multiple orders at once and delivering 5 star service was an amazing feat to behold. So glad I stopped in for Lunch here today. Bravo to the team at this location. Can’t wait to come back again when I’m in the area !
Carl's Jr. French fries are excellent. Unlike many others, Carl's fries stay crisp and tasty throughout the time it takes to eat a meal. The famous star I had was fresh, perfectly cooked with crispy lettuce and just the right amount of special sauces.
Looking for a burger for lunch found Carl's Jr. in Dana Point, CA right on Pacific Highway (Hwy 101). First day of "indoor dining" being allowed in the State of California, due to the easing pandemic restrictions. No one was inside "dining", however, the drive thru was steady with business from to go orders. The lady cashier was very personable and accommodating, greeted me cheerfully as i walked in. I asked her about any "special deals or offerings" and unfortunately, she stated they do not have any deals in that particular store. A little disappointing, i ordered the regular items and left. The burgers were OK, the flavorful Carl's Jr burgers. However, the fries were not fresh & was actually lukewarm. We were hungry and enjoyed it anyways, as we kept driving on to our destination. My suggestion - always make sure to serve hot & fresh fries as it completes the burger experience!
Saul was very nice and still let me in the store when I was only wearing wet swim trunks. Great people, great food here 10/10.

Hi I just wanted to share that the employees where very kind and the food was really good and fresh and didn’t take long at all to make it was fast and reliable I got the wester and it was really good ima for sure recommend people to come to this Carl’s Jr it was really good.
