Waffle House

I like Waffle house, though, it would be nice to expand there menus to have more options and also expand the restaurants and their tables. I have a family of 5 and we felt crowded in their tiny tables. I also had wait 10 minutes to be seated. There were about 5 tables in all at these location. It is time to upgrade.

Waitresses on 3rd shift do WAY TO MUCH GOSSIPING and NOT serving customers. I've been going to this Waffle House for years and I DON'T appreciate the gossip that your servers do . Are they there to work or GOSSIP about customers? Wait forever for a refill on drinks. The food has bad quality when served. This really puts a damper on returning there. It's NOT the manager it's the workers. RIDICULOUS. If you don't like the work go work in a carpet factory and let someone else take your job that doesn't spend time GOSSIPING but SERVING the customers!

Went during operations of 3rd shift. Came in, every single table had dirty plates on top. Not busy at all, didnt seem like they were short staffed. Anyways placed my order, once they brought me my food it was the total opposite from what i had ordered. So they went ahead and re made it. After they brought me back my food it was still incorrect…. I went ahead and ate it. Noticed right away my chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way.

The food was too greasy. The waitress was nice but was whining about why she needed tips. The wrong patties was used on my husband's burger. Two cooks there but the cooks was making the waitress do 90 percent of the work. The cooks also used way to much low-melt on the grill. Double charged us for hash browns. The cook also decided to eat and then go smoke a cigarette. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
