I go to this 711 often it's by my work and generally they are rude but I look beyond that because its convenient and I have some favorite items I enjoy today this afternoon around 1pm I was going to buy a hot drink with a muffin. They have a promo for $2 not until I got to the register did I notice they were out of muffins ok I get that it's afternoon. However I asked if I could get the last pastry instead for same promo she said no. I said but it's the last one she repeated no.i said the. I won't take the hot drink since it's not going to be honored. She took it and dumped it. Dissatisfied customer poor customer service often the streak continues.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They had a sale which is in all 7-Elevens and when they rung me up it rung up wrong I asked the lady to go look at the sale sticker that’s up she stood there and did not move! The man/manager came to the front with the big sign/sticker in his hand and denied me my sale because I told the lady she was being lazy! I asked the man if I could see the sign to make sure the exp date was still good he denied me the right to see it. COME TO FIND OUT THE SALE DIDNT END TILL Jan 5. 2021! He just denied me service and then tried to over charge me as if I didn’t shop there everyday! I AM STILL GOING TO CORPORATE ABOUT THIS!

Stopped by here on my way to work for the first time. First the assistant manager refused to honor a $2 off manufacturer coupon for vuse alto pods. Then she refused to honor a $13.99 price tag(with rewards) for a four pod pack. Sounds like it’s a common problem at this place.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE:
EVERY SINGLE TIME I have come in this store, the little lady behind the counter has been so rude! I mean come on, this is your job. I always say please and thank you but she has never even given me time to put in my phone number on the keypad for the rewards. Never a hello never a thank you. Its like shes doing ME a favor. Maam, I am the customer and I am always polite!

Has an automated car wash, it had a neat appearance and worked nominally when I visited. Can’t speak for the convenience store.
I’m a big fan of automated car washes. I appreciate the convenience, even if it is a one-size-fits-all, clunky machine doing it. The car wash here looks to me like a relatively newer construction, and was nicer to use than most others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT PUMP GAS HERE. Literally every attempt i made to get gas here my card gets a fraudulent charge. (So far, the past 4 trips) It's always $100, or $99 dollars. Luckily, my card was still locked when I made the most recent attempt to pump gas here! The red security seals at the pump lead you to believe its safe, but it's complete lie.
The only reason I have kept returning is because I life in the neighborhood behind this location. I will now go the extra mile (literally!) down the street to QT or racetrack.

Update 5/20/18... This station now charging at the pump 10 cents higher than what their sign says... They just bought a report to 7 Eleven corporate... They won't be owners long. Would not advise getting gas here. Last two times I purchase gas at this station my gas mileage is about 1/2 what it normally is.
