Chili's is a chain restaurant that you just have those certain expectations when you go there. Potato soup was amazing, as always, as were the chips and salsa. The service was average, not bad but not wow, just average. The steak was cooked well instead of medium and the burger was overcooked to the point of Crispy edges. Fries hot and fresh and the sides with the steak were good. Overall, I'd go back if in the area, but not a 5 star experience.

The young gentleman named Solomon is the perfect example of what customer service should be from the very beginning when the order is placed till the end. I walked in and placed a to-go-order and his customer service was excellent. Also the cook did a great job with my order this morning and my food was great.
I got the Cajun chicken pasta and it was really good. it wasn't dry and very flavorful. my classic margarita was yummy.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly hostess who directed us to the bar area. This was the only section open with one server. His name was Najee, he single-handedly worked the full bar area like a pro. The smokehouse combo and crispy crispers plates were good. The original crispers had just the right crisp. The corn on the cob looked a little spicy which I passed on. The brisket quesadillas were very tasty minus the chopped jalapeños. The one thing that annoyed me during dinner was the seat in our booth had broken springs…very uncomfortable. After a friendly conversation with the manager, he assured me that the seat would be fixed. So, if you visit and that seat isn’t fixed ask for Chris😁 Sorry, no cleaned plate photo tonight because the Smokehouse Combo was large and it was after 8pm. The food was good, the service exceptional, the atmosphere family friendly and the price was right!
My food came out quickly and was hot. Customer service was very good and the atmosphere was kid friendly. Great job!!!!!

Food was good, we were seated in a timely manner during lunch time, server was nice. Restrooms weren’t clean is my only take away. In and out around an hour.

The triple dipper: our choices were buffalo wings, crispy cheddar bites & Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispy Crispers
My 2 options for the combo were smoked brisket and quesadilla brisket & they both came with corn, fries, toast & pickles
My husband had the ribs (which were $2 extra) and the brisket quesadillas that also came with corn, fries, toast & pickles. We didn't have dessert because we were full this was a lot of food but super delicious! Thanks to our Server Samantha she was real sweet & patient!

Hubby and I went there just for this. Chilli's is our favorite family restaurant for a quick and tasty meal. We attempted to go to our usual location, but Chilli's has been having staffing issues since COVID and have yet to fully recover. I hope this changes soon. Signed true Chilli's fans.
