Customer service is absolutely horrible, I’m very shy so I don’t say much ( I speak ask for the order and say thank you when everything is finished ). However this situation was horrible. The guy at the register Stanley a dark skin slender male confirmed my order had an attitude the whole time. I waited for the food to be complete and I enjoy it being bagged he went and messed with his nose with no gloves and the chicken grabber picked up the food ….disgusting I then asked if he wouldn’t mind giving me another piece instead of that one and he said no I told him quietly it’s because I saw him pick his nose and I just felt uncomfortable…his response was him yelling and saying no that’s my problem. I then asked if there is a general manger I can speak with and for his name he yells and says “im me “ and call corporate. Being that this was already an disgusting and horrible customer service experience I just wanted to ask for corporate number and leave his response was go look it up it’s a franchise. Many other people say this is normal behavior for this location, very very true.

I think they teach all their employees to be rude it’s a whole new crew and they are rude I was sitting in the lobby for 10 min didn’t get to order until I asked was the lobby open the manager is rude as well he is chubby with a bald head. I only came here because I’m pregnant and STARVING not ever again I will drive 3 extra miles to make sure I go to a KFC where they don’t be tripping like these ppl at this location

My wife and I visited the kfc on lemmon in dallas. A young man named Raymond took our order at the drive thru. Upon pulling away from the speaker I commented that he was so nice. We've had so many problems with the children that operate a lot of the drive thru restaurants. Then he was the same charming that I thought he was seeing him in person. You've got to go there and see for yourself. The young man at the pick up was also very nice but I didnt get his name. Raymonds like that are hard to come across. God bless him.

It was okay. The chicken was not as good as I remember it. I got the 3 piece box. Dined in. The floor of the place was dirty. The tables somewhat clean. Got my order and was missing a whole chicken breast from the meal. The skin just slid off from all the grease. Mac and cheese was gross. Mashed potatoes and gravy okay. Nostalgia can be just that at times.

Went thru drive thru order 8 piece family got home no biscuits but instead gave me 4 cookies wth. Tried to call nobody would answer the phone. WARNING check your order before you leave. Also chicken tasted burned that is a result from using over used oil. I have been a manager of a location that sells fresh fried chicken and I can tell this is old unfiltered oil. Will never go back
