I have wanted to try this place out for a while, we finally did last night and I'm glad we did! I purchased a Groupon for $60 worth of food and spent more than that since the best option for the full experience is the Classic, which is a full 4 course meal. It took about an hour and a half for the 2 of us but it was timed out nicely. We were celebrating our 11th wedding Anniversary and when Katy, our server, brought our chocolates and goodies she also brought a slice of cheesecake on the house! The food was great, most were seasoned to perfection, my favorites were the Six Pepper Beef and the Herb Crusted Pork. We will definitely return in the future, and maybe even take the kids for dessert.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! This was a first for my wife and I. We were celebrating our 11 year anniversary and this place was perfect! Ambiance was very romantic and the music was great. Katie was our server and she was very knowledgeable and excellent at bringing us up to speed on how to create our meals for the evening. Every part of our 4 course meal was fantastic. We definitely left there with full stomachs. I would highly recommend Simply Fondue for a date night. We used a Groupon but be prepared to drop at least a hundred bucks for dinner for two and tip. It's well worth it!

A very sweet and friendly server who explained everything to us and gave us suggestions! While we did have to wait a very long time, the food was very tasty. I would recommend the Jamaican chicken(for those who like spicy meat). We loved it! We had a great birthday celebration with cheesecake and champagne on the house!

This restaurant is very cozy and beautiful, which provides a cozy, dimly- lit atmosphere which I would definitely recommend for a date-night. However, I would not recommend choosing Simply Fondue if you are hungry upon arrival and/or you like for your food to have flavor. Due to the broth-style cooking everything loses its seasonings in the broth and you’re left with tough, dry, unseasoned meat (and there’s no salt, pepper, etc on the table). They do provide dipping sauces but they were all pretty bad except for the Teriyaki 🤷🏻‍♀️. I was treating my son to his 14 year old birthday and we enjoyed being together as well as actively involved in making the food, but neither one of us enjoyed the taste of it (and I’m really trying not to be harsh here, but we kept trying different sauces etc and it was just … bad). The beef was probably the best, but definitely do not order the salmon. It fell apart in the broth and wasn’t fresh. One thing I appreciated was that they allowed us to take our dessert ticket home with us, so we could come back at a later time of our choice, to have dessert. Literally it took so long that we had no time for dessert. I wish I was kidding. Maybe they were just shorthanded that day, and, again I don’t want to be too harsh, but it took us about 10 to 15 minutes just to get our sodas and place our order for appetizers, and as a person who has worked in the service industry, that is just ridiculous. I DO love fondue! I think it is so much fun! The decor at this Greenville location is very cozy with modern- industrial decor vibes. My only wish was that the food was actually good bc it is expensive as well. - Clean restrooms - Polite servers My advice: - make sure you check the prices before you go as it is not cheap! - maybe stay away from ordering the salmon & - - don’t go there starving! Maybe go with a group for a fun dining experience!

I celebrated my anniversary here and it was such an intimate, romantic, and unique experience. The service was great and they were able to accommodate my husband's request to surprise me with flowers. Also they served us a complimentary cheesecake to celebrate the occasion. The fondue was delicious. We got to cook our meats. The snickerdoodle fondue was soooo good and it went with the sweets perfectly especially the cake; it just melts in your mouth. It smells amazing too I remember it so well. When we first got there and saw the food with our bellies we didn't think it would be enough lol but when we left we were stuffed. We definitely would come back!

10 out of 10! The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was laid back and very nice. The waiter recommended a few things and we took him up on that! I ordered a certain martini and they were out of that type of alcohol so I chose a different one. I wasn't dissapointed, the other choice was amazing. Once desert came the manager brought over that first martini I tried to order and said it was on the house. That she wanted us to get the full experience. It was amazing! It's not about the free martini, it's about the service that was above and beyond, the smiles and the memories along with it. We will definitely be back!!

Such a fun night here! We left with many leftovers and full tummies. The service was awesome, not slow at all. We got the grill option vs broth for meats and it’s a game changer! Our server was great. He was attentive and kind! Maddie wasn’t our server, but she was so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. She was so genuine & sweet, I wish all servers were like that.😊 We’ll be back again!

Super cool place. It was our first time experiencing fondue. If you go with the Classic meal, you'll get your money's worth. Our server, Stephanie, was very accommodating and friendly. We chose the deep fry and cast iron options. It was almost sensory overload, lots going on. The cast iron was really smokey most of the time. The best part was the dessert. If we ever go back, it will be for dessert only.

We had a great night! We reserved for 5pm and got a double burner table for our party of four due to food allergies. Food portions were huge compared to other fondue restaurants we'd eaten at. I particularly loved the Cajun salmon. The pacing of the meal seemed a bit slow, our server was tending to several tables. We finished up around 8pm after having all four courses. Manager asked us to move to bar so they could seat the next group that had been waiting for a table for 30 minutes (make sure you have a reservation!). Small place, busy crowds once you get into the prime dinner rush, especially like we saw on a Saturday night. Next time we will book on a weeknight.

Visited this place for the first time with two other people. It was a Saturday night and we made reservations earlier in the day. Had no trouble getting seated as soon as we showed up (five minutes early). We took an ride share, so not sure how parking would be. Atmosphere was okay. It's nothing I would write home about. The local area outside the restaurant seemed pretty jumping. It was the first time I'd been in the area. We each ordered the Classic Dinner. This four-course meal included a cheese fondue appetizer, salad, three entree selections, and a desert. We all had to agree on the cheese and dessert since it is a single shared bowl for each. So, if you have picky people in your party, be forewarned. Cheese appetizer comes with veggies and bread. It was good and fun. Salad was good too. The main entrees left me wanting. For one, they came on two plates for the three people and they were all mixed together. We opted for the grill option, so by the time we loaded it up, we lost track of the three different chicken and beef options we chose. I wish they would have served us each a plate with our three choices. If there is a next time, I will ask. The other thing I didn't like was that I essentially paid to cook own meal. I also had no way to know when the chicken or beef was cooked to the proper temperature (at home I'm a big fan of a meat thermometer). So, there was a risk of under or over cooking our meal. Seasoning of the entrees was spot on. We ended up sampling each other's selections and my girlfriend did an excellent job as the chef. I have a huge sweet tooth, so dessert was the clear winner for me. We opted for the original milk chocolate, which I thought was great. They bring an assortment of fruit and sweet goods ranging from brownies to rice crispy treats. The "dippers" are endless. We had an extra plate brought out to use up the entire chocolate sauce. In the end, I don't know if I'd come back... Maybe for dessert. 😁

Simply wonderful! My boyfriend made reservations for a 7 o'clock birthday dinner at Simply Fondue and we both had a great time! The dinner rush hit hard and our server was sat 3 times before we arrived, but the hostess was exceptional! She helped get us seated and comfortable while the Chef Manager delivered our water.Everyone worked together as a team on a busy night to ensure we were taken care of. And the server was great! He had worked there for 4 years and knew the menu very well and was nice enough to offer to take our picture at the end of the evening. He's probably seen a million date nights and still made a point to make ours special! Atmosphere: The dim lights, intimate booth setting, and soft music creates a romantic evening while the interactive dinner allows for some fun at the table that is unique from any other dining experience. Food: We enjoyed the Simply Fondue Classic Dinner - an impressive, four-course dinner that was delicious and filling! We left very full! I was even impressed with the salad, the garlic ranch was delicious! Drinks: the blue cheese martini was perfect! The olives appear to be hand stuffed so I asked for extra! It was perfectly chilled and tasted like a quality vodka. Highly recommend, great date night spot!
