I had a chance to go to a soft opening of @rotimodernmed downtown. I choose the rice bowl with steak and falafel. It was a generous bowl with humus, corn, greens. So fresh and warm pita bread to go along with your meal. It’s a healthy option downtown. It’s right near Dallas Museum of Art so it’s perfect to take a break get a light lunch to people watch before checking out another museum. Please go check them out 2000 Ross Ave. they’re opened until 6pm so dinner take out on the way home. Yes, please.🥳

Amazing Spicy lamb flatbread pizza. Was not expecting this level of quality definitely surprising. Would highly recommend to anyone. Keep in mind get super busy during office lunch hours. Go a little early or do a late lunch because lines can get quite long.

I am really happy that Roti is in the building next door! It gets super busy - so thankfully the app. allows me to order and then grab/go. My order is always correct & ready at the specified time. I really enjoy the pita sandwiches. I have tried it with most of the meats - all of them are delicious. The lamb is probably my favorite. Easy & delicious option for Mediterranean.

This location had earned itself a spot on my regular lunch rotation. I don't know that I'd call the cuisine specifically Mediterranean, though most of the dishes do draw a clear inspiration. Portion sizes are generous for everything except the protein, but you can get a double portion of that for an extra charge as well. Good selection of carb and veggie options, everything I tried was very flavorful. This included the kale salad, and im not generally a huge fan of kale. Pretty wide selection of sauces too, so you can really customize your dish. Atmosphere is definitely modern, quick- service. They have an option as well to order your food ahead via their app. Haven't tried this but quite a few folks had apparently used it while I was there.... just walked in, picked up their stuff & were out inside a minute or two.

Very delicious option if you're looking for something wholesome and healthy. It's very hard to find healthy lunch options in downtown Dallas so my co workers and I love coming here! The hummus is 10/10!!

Good food. Falafels are awesome. All tasty. Online order was 14 min past the expected time due to crowd. Crowd was prioritized first and we could have waited in line for faster service. So order ahead of time.

Good good, good price, the ambiance is modern and artsy. The menu offers several gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options so that's always a plus. Everyone working at this location has great energy and it's overall a very cool restaurant to have a meal and hang out. Recommended.

I placed an order on the Roti app for a Chicken Roti Flatbread Pizza for pick-up, so I could walk in and out and get back to my work day. I got to Roti, and walked to the Pick-Up area to find my pizza not there. Okay, fine...no biggie. I get the pizza after a few minutes and head back to my office. However, when I opened the box, I could tell the pizza was overcooked. I took a small slice of it and tasted it - tasted just like it looked: like CARDBOARD. I REALLY was just going to "suffer through it" because (1) I was hungry, (2) my workload and (3) I didn't feel like walking over to the restaurant again because it was going to "kill" the convenience vibe of ordering online. Not exactly how I imagined my lunch hour to go. NOW...if you're wondering why they got 5 stars from me, this is why. I tried calling on the phone to speak with someone before heading over to TRY to get them to go ahead and make me another pizza so it'd be ready when I got there, BUT after being on hold for a minute or so, if no one in the restaurant picks up, a recording says no one is available and to call back later. Arrrgh! So...now, I'm really hacked off. I slam the box to the pizza closed, and I head back to the restaurant, fully prepared to unleash all of my anger on anyone who says anything BESIDES, "I'm sorry; let me remake that for you." Walk BACK into the restaurant, ask for a manager, who happens to be the one to ask me how she can help. I try to politely tell her what happen, but I hear my voice and feel my face being aggravated. She apologizes profusely, says she will happily remake my pizza...AND, she offered me a REFUND! I told her a refund wasn't necessary; I'd just like a pizza I could actually EAT. But, she said, "No, PLEASE...I WANT to give you the refund. I wouldn't have it any other way." I thank her, told her what I'd ordered, and she disappeared in the kitchen. Just so happens, the District/Area Manager was onsite, and she explained to him what happened. He came over and apologized and said that they were going to have the oven that prepares the flatbread pizzas fixed because they'd gotten a couple other complaints today, as well. I thanked him for acknowledging my inconvenience and for working to remedy the situation, and by this time, the young lady who made my pizza came back with it and said, "I made this myself and made sure there was extra cheese, just like you asked." I had EVERY intention of taking a peek to make sure it was RIGHT before leaving again, but the level of CUSTOMER SERVICE she provided put me completely at ease, and I didn't even take a gander until I was back at my desk. I can HAPPILY say the pizza LOOKS and TASTES awesome! And, what started off as a bad experience, wound up being turned into a GREAT one! I LOVE people who provide EXCELLENT customer service because it's SUCH a lost art form. So, when I get it, I tell anyone who'll listen about it. All too often, things like this happen, and companies make the CUSTOMER feel like THEY are the issue instead of trying to rectify the situation when they are at fault. That was NOT the case today, so I wanted to say that Roti has earned my business time and time again for things like this...not to mention the tasty food. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TODAY, WHITNEY! You ROCK! I REALLY appreciate your SERVICE today. You deserve any kudos you receive, Sweets! And, thanks for the refund, all the same! #Roti #WhitneyRocks #ChickenRotiFlatbreadPizzaIsTheBOMB

I really enjoy roti. Only feedback would be to use smaller salad bowls. Went there with a friend and his salad bowl was metal and giant size, was kind of funny.
