This location is wonderful! The staff and the atmosphere is always welcoming to my family. It is a great place for my littles to play and have a little lunch all in one place. Avery is one of the nicest people that work there- always providing excellent customer service and maintenance of the restaurant.

Place was so great. Employees are so nice and courteous. They were also fast on taking the orders and delivering the food. The food was delicious . The establishment was very clean. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment in the near feature to get me some more food. 👍
I dined in for like 3 hours catching up with my sis. We both had our son and they enjoyed the play area. Food was okay. My chicken on my spicy chicken biscuit wasn't as juicy as I'm used to getting. When I left I went through the drive thru for lunch and they forgot my drink. I drove back to get it and there were no problems. I did receive an apology.
The service at this chick-fil-a is consistently top tier. It is by far my favorite one to go to. The environment is warm and welcoming, the employees are mindful and attentive towards serving you while you’re seated at your table. I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food each time that I come here. Highly recommend.
Great hot chicken and biscuits. The speed of service was great, especially considering we had a group of nearly 20 place a large order. Everything was great. Thank you for another great experience.
This is my best chick fil in Addison TX. Mr Kelly and Crew are far the best. He really takes interest in catering to his clients @ store and over at Addison Cr 1. Foods good as usual. Service today was a bit off. The order taker was overly chatty as he took the short order I placed. Lunchtime the drive-thru was pretty busy as both drive-thru lines grew longer while maneuvering into one line to pickup your order.

The BEST chick-fil-A I have ever been to! I drive out of my way to eat here, even though there is one closer to my house. The staff are kind, efficient, helpful, and always have a smile on their face! The restaurant is clean, up to date, and well stocked. They even gave me a hand sanitizing wipe with my meal. So thoughtful! 10/10 will always recommend:)

I ordered through the drive-thru and was very disappointed. Normally at Chick-fil-A, someone greets you instantly. Not at this one. After a minute, Ronnie finally took my order. When I finally arrive at the window, I use my reward for the iced coffee. At first, the window person says they went through, but then Ronnie comes over and said that they’re not valid at this location. I explain to him that they are, and that I would like the mocha crème. He says no and that he would rather waste them then provide the customer with the requested item. At this point, he’s trying to argue so I just tell him I’ll take vanilla instead, but instead of wasting them like he said he would, he keeps them and takes them with him. So Ronnie would rather keep them for himself but not actually give the guest what they ordered? Mr. Curt Kelly needs better leadership, because the service provided by Ronnie was very disappointing.
EDIT: I am updating the original 1/5 stars to 5/5 because, even though Ronnie’s behavior is completely unacceptable, Mr. Curt Kelly reached out and made it right. Thank you for your quick and attentive response.
One of my go to spots for breakfast. The chicken egg scramble burrito is amazing as well as the egg biscuit. The grilled chicken egg white breakfast sandwich isn't as good, but it's still alright if you want somewhat of a healthier option compared to the fried stuff.
So greasy and soggy. Fries were ok which is one of their best qualities. If the fries are off this place is not firing on all cylinders
